sleep was unplesant as it was piping hot in the room and no one resolved the issues.
Pros:

Room is clean, food is good.

Cons:

The aircon was stuck on 22, we phoned the front desk for assistance, an hr later my husband went down to the front desk, 15 min later someone came, and said its on 22 because the room is hot but he set it, and it will go down now. The next morning the room was boiling hot at 22.

Pros:

Everything was great, chefs went out of the way to ensure we have a good breakfast due to us being strictly vegetarian. Receptionist was also friendly when we were checking in. Location is also great less then 2 min walk into Emperors Palace.

Cons:

It indicates that rooms are soundproof but that’s not the case, we had loud neighbours the first night that got back late and were laughing and talking till early parts of the morning. Second night we had kids playing in the passage at 2am in the morning and had to tell them that they need to head in the room.

Convent but a congested room.
Pros:

Convenient proximity to airport. Safe, security and reliable airport shuttle.

Cons:

The twin room extremely small. When you shower the water seeps into the room. The toilet is compacted. No, space for luggage storage if you have two or more bags.

Pros:

The room was very functional, clean and comfortable. Easy shuttle to the airport.
It was an easy walk through the buildings to Emperors Palace, which had lots of great food choices.
