Service

The breakfast replenishments wasn’t done to enough quantity against the number of guests present which always created scarcity. Felt like a trick to avoid serving breakfast and service was very slow. There was no hot water and in between the flow was stopped and had to get the receptionist to visit the room to resolve it where we lost majority of the time. Bath towels were not proactively provided and had to request for it. Most of the time there will be no one at the reception desk and have to wait in search of them to find one.

Service was very slow

Facility was bad,nothing was available not even hot water.. I had aged parents and 88 stairs to get to our room.
It felt like the resort was harassing us for the discount given on booking.com
Overall it was a horrible experience

We booked 5 suite rooms for our family stay, but despite room availability, the hotel initially refused to allocate all 5 rooms together, which made it very difficult for us to spend quality time as a family.

The rooms that were finally allocated had multiple issues — poor maintenance, damaged furniture, weak or no WiFi connectivity, windows that could not be closed properly, and absolutely no timely response from the helpdesk or hotel staff. Even after leaving the room keys at the front desk, housekeeping and room service were not done.

Hot water service was available for only one hour, and even then the water was barely warm. This caused major inconvenience, especially for kids and senior citizens.

We also noticed several guests who had booked online arguing with the front desk regarding under-maintained rooms and poor service.

The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The same dishes were repeated on all 3 days of our stay, with very limited quality and variety.

During the rain, rooms were flooded with water and no floor mats were provided, making the stay even more uncomfortable.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially through Booking.com. Unfortunately, we had no option to cancel and shift to another hotel, which made the entire trip very upsetting.

No Hot water available for bathing

It was hell spending so much money Very worst and untrustworthy don’t go to this place, fan not working , toilet flush not working, no ventilation, no hot water provided, no tv working

Absolutely Horrible Experience.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced.

There was no telephone in the room, making it impossible to contact anyone for even basic needs.

The reception number provided was useless—no one answered most of the time, and even when someone did, none of the requested services were delivered.

On the night of 29.04.2026, we were left with no way to order food and were forced to go hungry the entire night. There was simply no staff available or willing to help.

Parking facilities are equally poor. There is no proper parking arrangement, and even the available space offers zero security for vehicles.

This hotel shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic hospitality standards.

The room has rising damp. Mouldy picture on the wall. A previous guest's towel was still hanging up. The room smelt of mould as did the bedsheets. One pillow was actually mouldy! Dirty windows.
Sleeping in a mouldy room.is really bad for your respiratory health and after 2 nights I did start to feel under the weather.

The bathroom walls were far from clean. So much so that I didn't want to shower. The drains smelt really bad. And there was only hot water to shower in the morning.

The food was mediocre and the same dinner options were offered 2 days in a row. At different prices. And you cannot go anywhere else for dinner as you are far away from any restaurants. Therefore you are at the mercy of the hotel. My dinner was cold on the second night and I had to send it all back and ask for it to be reheated.
A bottle of drinking water on my table was green with algae!

Definitely NOT a retreat in any way.
Both nights other guests were partying with loud music and flashing lights until midnight. Not what you want when you are trying to enjoy the natural surroundings.
They shouldn't be allowed to play loud music as the whole point of going to a place of natural beauty is to enjoy just that! Go to a city for a party or somewhere where you cannot disturb others.
