Nice greenery and view from balcony.
Pros:

Far away from Munnar About 14 kms. Need to climb about 2 kms to reach road. But staff were helpful. If u come to explore Munnar. Then the location to Munnar will take u 1 hour travel via auto or bus.

Overall islets nice place to stay.

Staff were very good and helpful.

Cons:

Location is disconnected from city. Cab and auto charge more than 1500 one way or return to Munnar and hotel.
Toilets are not hygienic
Not clean floors, stained kettle .

Overall bad experience and will never visit

The hotel was well lit on its way and had power backup via mobile generator

Cons:

The breakfast replenishments wasn’t done to enough quantity against the number of guests present which always created scarcity. Felt like a trick to avoid serving breakfast and service was very slow. There was no hot water and in between the flow was stopped and had to get the receptionist to visit the room to resolve it where we lost majority of the time. Bath towels were not proactively provided and had to request for it. Most of the time there will be no one at the reception desk and have to wait in search of them to find one.

Facility was bad,nothing was available not even hot water.. I had aged parents and 88 stairs to get to our room.
It felt like the resort was harassing us for the discount given on booking.com

Cons:

We booked 5 suite rooms for our family stay, but despite room availability, the hotel initially refused to allocate all 5 rooms together, which made it very difficult for us to spend quality time as a family.

The rooms that were finally allocated had multiple issues — poor maintenance, damaged furniture, weak or no WiFi connectivity, windows that could not be closed properly, and absolutely no timely response from the helpdesk or hotel staff. Even after leaving the room keys at the front desk, housekeeping and room service were not done.

Hot water service was available for only one hour, and even then the water was barely warm. This caused major inconvenience, especially for kids and senior citizens.

We also noticed several guests who had booked online arguing with the front desk regarding under-maintained rooms and poor service.

The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The same dishes were repeated on all 3 days of our stay, with very limited quality and variety.

During the rain, rooms were flooded with water and no floor mats were provided, making the stay even more uncomfortable.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially through Booking.com. Unfortunately, we had no option to cancel and shift to another hotel, which made the entire trip very upsetting.
