Much better places to stay in Hanoi probably for a cheaper price. But not a bad place.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely staff. Decent price.

Cons:

Breakfast very basic. Swimming pool looked pretty unclean. Said rooftop bar but not there. Gym & sauna being used as storage rooms. Aircon wasn’t great.

Booked this hotel as it had a rooftop swimming pool for our last few days in Vietnam the lift only went to the floor below the swimming pool then you had to go up the rusty fire escape pool was dirty as surrounding area

If you ask for a taxi, they will forget to order it.

Pros:

It was great that the hotel let us check in early, which really helped us out. The room was also fully equipped and clean.

Cons:

I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to the pool and the area around it; it didn't look very clean. Also, some of the staff had trouble speaking English.

Globalement, nous ne regrettons rien, pour autant la présentation faite sur Booking nous apparaît surfaite et entraîne forcément de la déception par rapport à la réalité.

Cons:

L’environnement de la piscine mériterait un sérieux nettoyage et rafraîchissement : vers l’accès des toilettes et douches, les chaises longues cassées et trouées, les plantes aux abords de la piscine ne sont au meilleur de leur forme…
