Proximity to our other guests

Cons:

I booked 2 separate rooms for 4 of my guests
They arrived at the accommodation with the booking number and was only given one room
After they spent a few hrs cramped in one room with one shower and one hairdryer they mentioned to me the space was not ok
When I called the lady said sorry there’s only one room available - but I paid for 2
When I said I wanted a refund to book another place suddenly a room was available and she realized I actually booked 2 rooms - this was already 8pm and check in was at 2pm. Disgusting

Nothing to write home about.
Pros:

The staff was warm and helpful

Cons:

The building requires care and urgent maintenance to justify the price charged. Having stayed in far better maintained facilities for a lesser charge, I am disappointed. The payment made does not match the service offerings and to be ask to pay a deposit of R300.00 for having access to my booked accommodation.

Amazing owner and staff, great location and really relaxed
Pros:

This place is really a home away from home, the staff and owner is very accomadating and pleasant to interact with... We really enjoyed our stay over! Highly recommended and also in a great private area

Pros:

Breakfast was included when I did my booking.
when I asked the office lady about the breakfast I was told the owner said no breakfast. ( even watsapped the staff lady screen shots

The overall service was good from staff and the facilities are decent and clean.
Pros:

We were offered a complimentary breakfast due to our original room not being available - breakfast was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were advised in the week of our booking that our original room booked was not available.

Overall not too bad
Pros:

Neat and tidy with ample parking.

Cons:

The window tint was peeling off so we were not too comfortable in the kitchen or dining area. Felt like people from other properties can see you.
