An amazing stay at a very modern apartment just in the center of Graz, Claus was an excellent host.
Pros:

I found the place as a very lovely apartment with an amazing garden in the back. It was dreamy for us to stay there! It was modern, clean, with everything we needed.

Pros:

Top Lage, unkomplizierter und sehr freundlicher E-Mailverkehr mit den Besitzern.
Zimmer war tiptop sauber, es gab einen winzigen Balkon, den wir trotzdem gerne genutzt haben.
Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut, auch wenn wir davon bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt nicht viel gebraucht haben.
Im Gang gibt es Körbe mit frischem Obst, das fand ich super.
Auch stehen einem gratis Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Bei der extremen Hitze, wäre es toll, wenn man mehr Handtücher/Duschtücher zur Verfügung hätte.
Die Lüftung im Bad funktioniert leider auch nicht so toll. Nach 5 Minuten Duschen war es wie in einem Dampfbad und man musste danach die Tür unbedingt offen lassen,, damit es überhaupt annähernd trocknen konnte.

A brilliant stay in a top-notch facility that would still be a good price for twice the amount.
Pros:

To be honest, I had been surprised about the very low price at such a prime location even when I made the booking - and then I read about rampant booking.com fraud the week before I left, which made me a bit nerveous. But the excellent communication with the managers had put me at ease. Still I was massively surprised (in the positive sense!) about the facility, the comfort, cleanliness, supplies, and could easily have stayed a couple of weeks rather than just 5 days. A first rate facility for a very low price.

Cons:

I pretty much liked everything, but visitors are reminded that these flats don't have a TV - not a problem for travellers with a laptop, as the Internet is very good, but something you may not be aware of.

la casa è adatta a chi deve soggiornare un paio di giorni, il letto è contro il muro ed è scomodo se si è in due, manca un armadietto, per il resto c'è tutto, c'è la cucina e un tavolo con due sedie per mangiare e una poltrona, mi è piaciuto la doccia e il sapone molto profumato e denso

siamo stati otto notti e ci hanno lasciato solo due rotoli di carta igienica e un asciugamano per il viso e uno medio per la doccia a testa, il cuscino è troppo basso, ho richiesto un paio di cuscini e mi hanno lasciato solo due federe, ho fatto notare che saremmo stati otto notti e ho richiesto un paio di asciugamani in più e qualche rotolo di carta igienica, mi hanno risposto ma non mi hanno portato nulla, la pulizia non è mai stata effettuata

Pros:

The accommodation is very nice, extremely close to the university and the city park. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a lot of space, and a very comfortable bed. A beautiful little garden is a charming addition. Outside was very hot, almost 30 degrees, but the apartment was very cold, which was fantastic. However, not sure how it would look like during the winter.

Cons:

Someone in the comments mentioned soft pillows, and they are, indeed, weirdly soft. Also, the hot water pressure is really poor, which is a bit annoying. Everything else is great!

Neues Apartment in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt gegenüber dem Stadtpark und fußläufig ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt.
Parken konnte man etwa 800 m entfernt (Leechgasse) in der grünen Parkzone für 11 € für 24 Stunden
Obwohl man mitten in der Stadt war, waren die Zimmer mit Blick in einen kleinen Garten, die App. mit Balkon oder Terrasse und es war wunderbar ruhig.
Unsere Vermieterin war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich auch selbst gemeldet.
Es war ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und wir würden dort jederzeit bei einem neuen Besuch von Graz dort buchen.
Das Apartment liegt in der Nähe der Universität und es gibt dort viele Restaurants mit Schanigärten, Lebensmittelläden und einer wunderbaren Bäckerei.

Pros:

El lugar es muy cómodo. Estuve varias noches porque fui por trabajo y todo fue genial. Es todo nuevo y está completamente equipado. Es muy tranquilo. La zona es muy cómoda. Hay muy cerca lugares para comer y un Spar. La comunicación con los propietarios es muy sencilla. La relación precio/calidad me pareció muy adecuada.

Cons:

Solo por poner alguna crítica constructiva podrían mejorar las almohadas, las mías no estaban en buen estado. Por otro lado, el wifi no me funcionó bien algunos días.

Ett jättebra boende med kanonläge! Fin lägenhet med härlig balkong. Det enda minuset var sängen som var väldigt liten för två personer och tyvärr lite hård.

Relaxing time in Graz
Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to the University and the Stadtpark. There are also several bus stops around, so it is easy to reach from the train station.
The apartment was really nice and spacious. It had everything we needed for our short stay. There is a small kitchen, wonderfully equipped with all the essentials (incl. oil, salt, pepper, cleaning utensils, cutlery, etc). As we are tee drinkers we appreciated the big cups.
You also get access to a bike and to washing machines, which makes it perfect if you are planning a longer stay.
The bathroom overall was big and you have space in the shower too. The bed was comfortable.
We booked an apartment with a terrace (garden access) and it was perfect for us. We could enjoy the good weather outside and even though the apartments are close to a very busy street, you do not hear the traffic.
The code system for the main door and apartment key was extremely convenient, and you receive instructions for all you need to do to access the apartment and how to check out by email. It was really great, especially if you need to arrive/leave at odd times.
We enjoyed the time in the apartment and would book it again whenever we are back in Graz.

Cons:

There is room for improvement, especially little details that could have made our stay even more comfortable. For example, the pillows were too soft and thin, and the curtains do not cover the entire wall. It would have been great to have a toilet paper halter in the bathroom, as well as a second towel holder. In our apartment, there were a couple of things broken, the towel holder was missing one of the plastic caps to support the holder against the wall and the shower head was leaking water on one side. Despite these minor issues we really enjoyed our stay and as I mentioned before, we would come back whenever we are in Graz.
