Reservé dos habitaciones. En una de ellas el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó adecuadamente. A pesar de los reclamos nunca solucionaron el problema. Evidentemente es un hotel a evitar en verano

Optimale Lage, Frühstück sehr lecker und große Auswahl, Personal Rezeption sehr bemüht

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Bodens im Zimmer. Nach 2 maliger Aufforderung die vielen Flecken und Fußabdrücke des Vorgängers auf dem Parkettboden zu entfernen, leider nichts passiert. Ich habe dann eine Stelle selbst gewischt und der Lappen war schwarz.
Pool war sehr kalt.

Nie nastawiaj się na pobyt w luksusowym hotelu.

Świetna lokalizacja.

Cons:

Wszystko w najlepszym przypadku mierne. Same niedociągnięcia. Hotel 3-gwiazdkowy udający 5 *****.
Niby ładnie, ale byle jaki. Niby personel, ale zawsze trzeba czekać. Niby czysto, ale nie do końca. Niby jasne gdzie i co, a długie ciemne korytarze.
Po prostu nie ten poziom klasy.

Incredible location. The only downside is that the spa area with the pool operates only from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. It would be great if it stayed open a bit later so guests could relax before bedtime. The room was surprisingly quiet even with the windows facing the boulevard, and the shower was excellent. Unfortunately, the hotel forgot to acknowledge the guest's birthday, even though they had been reminded in advance.

Worst vacation in my life

The management in this place is not taking care of their customers…they have dirty rooms and bugs in…although we requested cleaning the room many times but they keep things without changing them like the towels…this is my first and my last time to visit this hotel
