Pleasant stay
Pros:

From the the gate to the roof everything is perfect, I wasn’t rate full marks in my life except this time, in fact the hotel has changed my visit to Austria to a pleasant visit

No parking belongs to the hotel, although a public parking very close to the hotel and has access to the main entrance

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and had a great experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time our stay was very disappointing and did not reflect the reputation and standards of the hotel.

Upon arrival, we had to wait outside on the street for more than 10 minutes before anyone came to assist us with our luggage. Throughout our stay, housekeeping was below expectations. The room was not cleaned properly, and the bathrooms were not maintained to an acceptable standard. On one occasion, we were out for six hours and returned to find the room still untouched. When we asked about it, the staff member informed us that our room was not her responsibility, and when she eventually cleaned it, she appeared unhappy and unwilling to do so.

In addition, the room was booked for two guests, yet we were only provided with one complimentary bottle of water and were told to come and collect any additional bottles ourselves. The room telephone itself was working; however, the button used to contact reception was not functioning, making it inconvenient to reach the front desk when assistance was needed. Furthermore, bathroom amenities such as shampoo were not replenished during our stay.

Overall, this experience was far below what we expected from a hotel of this caliber, and unfortunately, it left us very disappointed.

Ein erholsames Wochenende in gepflegtem Ambiente.
Pros:

Das Personal besonders an der Rezeption und an der Bar außerordentlich freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut und ein vielfältiges Angebot. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das angesetzte Müsli ist excellent, so wie man es erwartet. Die Suite war sauber und extrem gemütlich . Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert bei der Hitze. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Lage ist sowieso unschlagbar. Die Oper, die Hofburg..., alles in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.

Hôtel très moderne , belle déco, très bien située au centre de Vienne
Pros:

La décoration de tout l hôtel , très actuelle , très bien étudiée .
De plus nous avons été surclassés .

Cons:

Le room service , de qualité moyenne , avec 10 euros
Pour la LIVRAISON !!!! Dans votre chambre : inacceptable ; autant commander à l’ extérieur et se faire livrer à l hôtel .. les plats étaient déjà chers . Une pizza, fromage , tomate à 20 e .! Dommage
