Good value comfortable over night in the midlands
Pros:

Small but super comfortable room. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Staff veey helpful housekeeping put a kettle in the room for us. Beautiful peaceful farm surroundings and a short piece of river

Cons:

Although there was body wash and shampoo in the shower there was no soap by the wash basin. At breakfast we had to choose between tea coffee or juice or pay extra. As a hotel guest I would always expect tea and coffee to ve included with breakfast.

Cons:

Noises farm style, early morning sheep and chickens wake you up so an authentic farm style experience if that’s what you’re looking for, you’ll love it as you can see sheep from your accommodation!

Breakfast menu is shokingly limited and you get to only have either oraqnge/apple juice ir filter coffee. The rest, you have to pay.
