Cons:

My room was infested with cockroaches and the ac was not cooling the room at all. I had booked this place as part of a work trip and I was assured I would get an invoice through booking.com and that no hard copy was available at check out. Despite following up with them through the site and speaking to OYO customer care, I still haven't received a proper invoice. I just get automated emails saying that I will receive my invoice in 2-3 days and it's now been almost two months!! It's ridiculous!

My overall experience was not very good.
Pros:

The room was a bit small, and the sitting area and work table were too small for two people. The sitting area should have been a little bigger, and considering the value for money, the room should have been more spacious. I also requested a plate, but they provided a paper plate, which felt very cheap. Apart from these issues, everything else was fine.
