Bed was comfortable
Room smelt of cigarettes. Building work going on behind the room starting early both nights including Sat morning. The room had a thin window backing onto an alley where the work is going on so it was loud. Obviously not much the hotel can do about this but don’t offer that room without warning. Put us higher in the building or something? Other guests or cleaner tried to enter our room repeatedly on 1st night. 2nd 5 bikes enter into the front, not needed? Theirs parking outside, waking us taking up all space around pool and get luggage out etc. i think this is a permanent residence for some maybe

Ванна была немного неисправна. Плохая звукоизоляция и очень сильно было слышно улицу и стройку, соседский шум и утренние мотоциклы с шумными соседями. Если там будет новый стеклопакет 3 камерный и улучшенная звукоизоляция, это будет идеальное место .
The Pool & Facilities: The pool is excellent, very pleasant, and conveniently located right at the entrance. It was great to have separate towels provided for both the pool and the room.
• Common Areas: There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor next to the pool area, which is a nice touch.
• Aesthetic Appeal: The property is very beautiful and "Instagrammable," with lots of windows and natural light.
Privacy Issues: While the large windows look great, the apartments are surrounded by other units, meaning you are visible to neighbors at almost any given moment.
• Room Condition & Maintenance: Our first room had a strong odor, dampness, and an old mattress. The second room was better but still had issues: a leaking pipe in the toilet, low water pressure in the shower, and a bathtub that wasn't sealed properly, making it impossible to fill.
• Cleanliness: This was a significant downside. Both rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. The shared kitchen was quite dirty, and the elevator had a very unpleasant smell and felt unhygienic. Even though we saw staff cleaning during our 4-night stay, the results were poor, and the grime and odors persisted.
• Noise: There is currently construction happening nearby. If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to reconsider staying here at this time.

Contacts with the owners it’s like hiking 🥾 you don’t know when you get it !!! Definitely they need to fix that problem. Cleaning room as well half done half left to do for yourself:/
