cleaning nightmare
Pros:

24h check in. we arrived very late at night, and the reception guy was available for us

Cons:

the night we arrived at the hotel, we found a used baby diaper under the bed. The powder was about 2 millimeters high in some places and the toilet floor was leaking water, so a strong humidity smell was present. We couldn't sleep much with these findings

The location is great, and it's near to the city center and there is supermarket near Alexi is very helpful and nice person .

The breakfast style it's not cool because same every day ,the hotel expensive around 45$ per night it's too much .

В номере было тепло. Горячая вода. Правда сантехнику и душевую кабину пора менять

Завтраки были разными. Приносили прямо в номер. Яйцо, сыр, 2 кусочка лепёшки, салатик, сосиска с рисом или гречкой или макаронами. Кофе или чай можешь свой (в номере чайник был), можно в кухню спуститься, приготовить и выпить...

Cons:

В нашем номере не было шкафа. НЕТ в этом номере ни шкафа, ни вешалки, ни крючка. Вещи лежали на кресле и в чемоданах. А чемоданы на полу. Номер двухместный. Поэтому две кровати. Кровати двухместные.
Расположение (на горе) - через забор коньячный завод Арарат. Общественный транспорт далеко. Пешком можно дойти до коньячного завода Ной. По мосту перейти.

Владелец был очень вежлив, предложил несколько комнат на выбор. Чисто и удобно спать. Завтраки включены в стоимость (гречка, сосиска, огурец, сыр, вареное яйцо), приносят в номер. Владелец сразу написал в вотсап после бронирования, сразу приехали сюда из аэропорта. Мы благодарны. Рекомендую.

nice staff, 24/7 reception, clean towels

Cons:

room was dirty, beed wasn't done, there was sewage smell in the bathroom, the shower was extremely small, curtain was moldy, mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was extremely basic. 110 eur for 3 nights for 1 person only, way too much for these conditions.
