It was comfortable because i had a spacious room

Room size was good. The hotel has a roof terrace and garden.

Cons:

However, this place has a lot of room for improvement. The terrace is big but furrniture is falling apart, no wardrobes in the room, kettle provided but no coffee or tea. No towels change, no room cleaning, toiletries provided just for one day. Tv in the room but not working, we had to dispose of the garbage from our room. The only mode for payment is cash.

Cons:

Location and facilities are very tired, crumbled and leaking. Receptionist is a nice guy, but with super annoying smartass attitude.

Pros:

Etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen. Toller Gastgeber und vorallem wird einem Frühstück ins Zimmer gebracht. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

понравился вид на стадион Раздан и Ереван. Исключительно ночью, чтобы не было видно блошки.

Cons:

Улучшить можно только капитальным ремонтом.
Страшноватого вида дико неудобная кровать, грязная отжившая своё мебель, убитый санузел - в моем номере постоянно на полу держалась небольшая лужа. Потертый ковролин на молу, вид которого наводит страх за здоровье. Завтрак...ну, что-то съесть можно из этого пластикового бокса. На ресепшн упомянули, что были случаи, когда с припаркованных на улице машин рядом с отелем снимали номера (и теперь у них аж два места под камерами - сложно сказать, как это поможет...)
