Pros:

The hotel has a good location and the room itself was comfortable enough for a long stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the property has potential. Unfortunately, my overall experience was seriously affected by an issue that should have been resolved immediately.

Cons:

I stayed here for 9 nights, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing because of a serious maintenance issue. Every time I turned on the air conditioner, I could feel and breathe dust coming out of it. As someone who suffers from asthma and allergies, this was a major health concern.
I immediately informed the receptionist and asked him to come and check the air conditioner. His response shocked me. He simply said, "I'm busy, I'll come later," even though inspecting the unit would have taken no more than five minutes. I explained that I am asthmatic and allergic, but this did not seem to make any difference.
After waiting more than three hours, I had to return to the reception and ask again. In the end, I opened the air conditioner cover myself and showed him the large amount of dirt and dust accumulated inside. This situation should never have happened, especially after reporting a health issue.
As a result, I became sick, lost an entire day of my holiday staying in bed, and had to buy five days of medication to recover. Losing valuable vacation time because a simple maintenance request was ignored was extremely frustrating.
I hope the hotel takes air conditioner cleaning and guest health much more seriously in the future. A quick response could have prevented this entire situation. Unfortunately, because of the lack of concern shown by the reception staff, I cannot recommend this hotel despite its good location.

Never book this hotel as it is impossible to find it. Terrible experience. Seems like a scam.
Cons:

We cannot find the hotel nor can the driver who tried using google maps and asking around other locals, hotel staff and tuk tuk drivers. No one answered the telephone. After more than an hour trying to find the hotel, the driver gave up, leaving us no choice but to look for another hotel to stay. We have also tried to email the hotel to complain. They took our money even though we cannot find it.

Pros:

Super établissement avec un accueil très chaleureux et un personnel toujours disponible pour nous aider. La chambre était propre et fonctionnelle, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel.

- Nachtmarkt nur wenige Meter weiter
- freundliches Servicepersonal

Cons:

- Managementpersonal war nicht immer gleich erreichbar, es war gleichzeitig zuständig für ein weiteres Guesthouse auf der anderen Seite der Straße
- das Foto des Zimmers vermittelt den Eindruck, dass es eine Sicht ins Freie zur Straße gäbe, aber die beiden Fenster ließen nur den Blick in unschöne Innenhöfe zu
