Pros:

La ubicación, la alberca, que resolvieron mi problema con el internet.

Cons:

Que al usar el lavamanos sale aroma a drenaje. Que no tiene mas que un contacto de energía. Deberían de tener uno en la mesa debajo de la tv para los que vamos por trabajo.

Para comenzar publicidad engañosa.
reservé con desayuno incluído, dos adultos y un menor,.
En ningún momento me dió la opción para poner la edad.
Pero la reserva era para tres.
Llegamos hora y media antes del horario de entrada, y sé que tienen sus políticas.
Pero aquí comienzas las fallas!
El lobby era un horno, el aire acondicionado no servía.
Me registre, y me dice el de recepción Juan Carlos (después ví que ya tiene algunos malos comentarios) que en la reserva no estaba incluído el menor.
Me hace cargo extra
Me hace dejar, como garantía para las toallas de alberca, mi credencial de elector (que si da desconfianza, dado los casos de fraudes por todos lados.)
Cuándo le pido mi comprobante para el desayuno me sale con que , no había tal reserva, que no lo incluía!! ¿Entonces que fue por lo que pagué?
Nos llevan a la habitación, apestosa a humedad, sucia y llena de moscos, enjambre (sancudos).
Nos hicieron esperar hasta la hora del check-in
Pero no, por qué estuvieran limpiando la habitación.
Total que decidí dejar la habitación, aunque desde un principio te advierten que no es reembolsable.
Preferí dejarlo así!
Definitivamente no lo recomiendo

4 stars overall. it was one a one nighter, close to airport

Cons:

could not get hot water for shower; was warm water in the am only. computer wi fi intermittent.

This place is far from the beach, it’s old and smelly.
Pros:

The room was clean and we did get housekeeping the next day.

Cons:

The toilet did not have water , we had to open the top to close the flap every time to allow it to fill up. The sink had a horrible smell that invaded the entire room. At the breakfast we were told “you can only serve yourself once, and only get what you’re going to eat”.
