Overpriced Stay with Poor Hygiene, Unreliable Service and Serious Safety Concerns
Pros:

- The South Indian food served for breakfast was tasty.
- The location provides great panoramic views around the tea garden.

Cons:

- Poor value for money: The property is very expensive compared to the facilities and services it offers.
- Poor hygiene and cleanliness: Cockroaches and other insects were roaming around the rooms. The bed linens were stained and did not appear to have been washed properly when we checked in. Despite requesting fresh linens, the staff refused to change them because it was already late at night. The blanket was dusty as well, and we had to specifically ask for a replacement.
- Poor staff availability and service: Staff members were usually unavailable to attend to guests' needs. There are no telephones in the rooms to contact reception, and the reception desk was often unattended, making it difficult to figure out whom to approach when assistance was needed.
- Lack of security and supervision: On our second night, when we returned from our tour, we found a group of youngsters partying near the swimming pool. They were shirtless, playing loud music on a speaker, and appeared to be intoxicated. There was no staff member around to intervene or maintain order. It was quite an unsettling and intimidating experience, and we immediately returned to our rooms.
- Inconvenient location: The property is situated in a remote area, making it difficult to reach and quite far from most of Munnar's major tourist attractions.
- Limited breakfast options: Breakfast was not a buffet but a set menu with very limited choices. Although the South Indian food was tasty, the overall breakfast experience was disappointing.

Overall: I would definitely not recommend this property. Considering the high price, poor hygiene, lack of service, security concerns, and inconvenient location, I would strongly encourage others to look for a better alternative in Munnar.

Superb location
Pros:

Excellent location with very beautiful scenery, well behaved staff and food quality is excellent. Don't forget taking onion pakoda with evening tea (black tea or milk tea).

Pros:

Food and the rooms were good, and the staff was very nice.

Cons:

The location was very far from main town, and the swimming pool at the property was very small and there was no swimming costume rules, people were jumping with any clothes.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious, the view was amazing, and overall, we had a lovely stay.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like was that there were sometimes bugs in the room, which was a little uncomfortable.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is plus point,it is a beautiful location the hotel is clean and food is good,the owner of the hotel is very helpful . We needed a car for our travel he suggested ,the driver was very good which made our trip very comfortable.
