Pros:

Very nice and helpful people ar the reception! The hotel is unique with its style and furniture, which is a little worn, but is very different from modern impersonal designs. Real wooden tables, cabinets and wardrobes make each room special. And location is very good too. I like this hotel very much!

Good value and a comfortable stay for what we paid in a location very well suited for our needs.
Pros:

Great location if attending a concert at Crowne Jerusalem Theatre and convenient generally. Old hotel but room was comfortable and shower hot and good pressure. Gave us free under cover parking. Large TV in room with lots of channels and well tuned and clear. Nice chocolate gift. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel was a lot more modestly priced inclusive of breakfast than others for that night and we felt that we got good value. Overall pleasantly surprised.

Cons:

For what we paid we felt that we got what we could hope for and nothing really upset us. Curtains could be upgraded to newer more attractive newer ones.

המיקום. החדר בסהכ בסדר, נקי ומסודר.

Cons:

1. כתוב שיש סאונה ואין שום סאונה 2. המתקן העיקרי בחדר כושר לא תקין ולמה שיתקנו אותו? 3. אין שליטה בטמפרטורת המזגן. רצינו חום ויצא אויר קר 4. לא היו מים חמים למשך כמעט שלוש שעות. היתה תקלה, אויר שנכנס למערכת שאיבה לקח שעתיים ומשהו להביא מישהו לתקן את זה כשאנחנו מדברים על שעת ערב מוקדמת ביום חול רגיל בירושלים.
זה לא ניהול תקין של מלון זו תקלה חמורה מאד. לא הציעו פיצוי לא כלום. אמרו שנחכה לתיקון. 5. החליטו שאין ארוחת בוקר במלון והציעו לאכול במלון אחר של הרשת מרחק 7 דקות הליכה. הסכמנו ואכן הארוחה היתה טובה. אבל שוב לא הציעו פיצוי או משהו.
הזמנו חדר עם ארוחת בוקר ומים חמים ולא קיבלנו מה שהזמנו.
