הצוות היה מסביר פנים. כתבתי מראש שאנחנו באים להתפנק והם אכן פינקו אותנו עם מים מינראלים, פלטת פירות ושוקולד משובח. זה מאוד שימח אותנו. תודה רבה!

קבלת פנים נעימה ומקצועית. מיקום מצוין, והחניה הפרטית במלון ללא עלות נוספת מוערכת מאד, כי מרכז ירושלים הוא כיודע סיוט העניין חניות (גם קשה למצוא וגם יקרה להחריד). חדר נעים ושקט, עם טלוויזיה ומקלחת פשוטות להפעלה, בעוד במקומות רבים צריך היום תואר שני כדי להבין את השלט או את אופן השימוש במקלחת. שרות מצוין: היתה לי בעיה קטנה עם שלט הטלוויזיה, והיא נפתרה מיידית. חדר כושר יעיל, מספק את מה שצריך לאורח במעבר. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, גם כאן מגישים "בלי חוכמות": הירקות למשל בטעמם הטבעי, הפשוט והמצוין (לא כבושים, לא טבעו ברוטב וכיו"ב). בקיצור, חוויה מצוינת ואחזור לשם בביקורי הבא בירושלים.

Great value, great location, comfortable and clean
Pros:

The staff provided parking in front of the hotel. Exceptionally clean room and facility. Very comfortable bed, strong and easy to use shower. The staff was friendly, smiling and spoke perfect English. There was complimentary water and chocolate waiting in the room upon arrival. I received a call the first day to welcome me and ask if there was anything they could do to help. It was a great value. The location was amazing and walking distance to many tasty restaurants and great neighborhoods. The breakfast buffet was first rate with a large selection of food, cereals, brea, eggs and beverages. Definitely will be back.

Cons:

There was nothing I could complain about.

Pros:

From the moment I booked, the customer experience was outstanding. The hotel contacted me via WhatsApp, offered an early check-in, and made the entire arrival process effortless. Since I completed the online check-in in advance, I received my room key immediately upon arrival without any waiting.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as requested—a high-floor room with a lovely city view. The location is excellent: on a quiet street within walking distance of the Old City and many attractions. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, and for my birthday they surprised us with chocolates, a balloon, and a handwritten card from the hotel manager. Those personal touches made a real difference.
It is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into the hotel’s branding, design, and overall guest experience.

Cons:

I wouldn’t say “I didn’t like”, only a few minor suggestions for improvement.
The rooftop is beautifully designed but feels underutilized. During the day it needs umbrellas for shade, and in the evening it would be nice if the fireplace and bar were more actively available, as it has the potential to become a fantastic gathering space.
Also, despite using the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still knocked on the door once.
Finally, the desk in the room was not very comfortable to use because the cabinet underneath (which houses the minibar) leaves little legroom.
