Pros:

The best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was excellent with personal attention from the chef, and the staff were very friendly. The location is also perfect: on a quiet street, yet very convenient.

Pros:

早餐好吃，但因為是套餐形式，連續吃四天會比較膩。飯店房間數量不多，能以這樣的方式提供早餐，已經是飯店能做到最好的方式之一。此外這裡環境非常安靜，不會有吵雜的車聲，很適合淺眠的人。

Cons:

距離地鐵站大約走到7-8分鐘才會到，實際走起來真的有點遠，如果搭公車會近一點，但仍要5分鐘的距離，自由行的旅客要考慮一下。

Very good.
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and was kept clean like that. Bathroom was very modern and spotless too.

Cons:

Breakfast is not worth it. Better and cheaper breakfast is easily available outside. But that is mostly the case for any hotel in Japan.

No windows in my room. This I think is also quite common in Kyoto and is due to the architecture in the city center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again
Pros:

We loved the property it was comfortable and close to everything. Great value for money. Loved the fact there was a washing machine onsite and a communal lounge with free coffee drinks and snacks. Great staff too

Cons:

The rooms are very soundproof and we’d hear the people upstairs walking and the kids running around when we were trying to sleep.

Pros:

Excellent customer service. Delicious full breakfast. Evening lounge free wine and beer. Beautiful, clean hotel, value for money, excellent location.

Beds were very firm.
