Did not get info for key collection. Tried contacting through 2 different phone numbers provided by the property by text and calling, no response. Tried direct email and emailing through app, no response. Eventually got a reply more than 12 hours after trying to contact by which stage we had checked into alternative accomodation.
Location was fantastic and facilities (sauna/steam room and pool) were beautiful.
Room was tired…needed a proper clean and some maintenance (window in bedroom was broken, front door handle was damaged, some lights weren’t working and shower cradle was broken)
it’s a great place and beautiful view
was very hard to locate and the information to get to to unit was quiet confusing leading us to take about an hour to find our room
Good location
Needs upgrade bathroom
We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment; the views were truly remarkable, and the beds were quite comfortable. It was also very pleasant to have restaurants and entertainment options conveniently nearby. We would certainly consider staying again.
We noted a few minor issues, specifically the absence of a sharp knife for vegetable preparation, a grater, sponges for surface cleaning, and a broom or vacuum cleaner.
the view and how it looked
there was abit of stains on the floor and acouple other things, didn’t get enough towels for 3 ppl, uncomfortable pillows
The view was spectacular, the lights of a night so pretty
Great view, decent location
No glasses to drink from. Was provided a single beach towel with stains on it.
location to brisbane convention centre.
The bed was however uncomfortable for me I was tossing and turning all night and the pillow was hard. When taking a shower you can see where the cleaners missed some spots as there was mould in the grout and water stains on the bottom of the shower near the toilet.
Sliding door didn't lock. No staff or help if something were to go wrong
Two minor criticisms only, which if changed would've given you exceptional across the board:
1. Sheets were in the dryer. Were these the sheets I was supposed to use? Were they used sheets? wasn't clear
2. Providing just a couple of coffee pods, milk sachets and teabags - for the first day or when a guest arrives wouldve been brilliant (and is common elsewhere.
Apart from that it was excellent
Location
Lack of communication, mould and smell in bathroom. Linen not clean.
Great location within the casino.
Shower pole was broken however we were able to get it to stay but not stable. Couch was old and stained. Our access card couldn’t swipe us to the leisure deck.
The view was about the only thing I liked and the location.
I did not like that I had to collect the key from a grocery store down the road and return them at the end of the stay. The room looked like someone was living in there and renting it out. The sheets and bed linen were poor quality and miss matched. There were no milk or tea and coffee sachets. We were only given 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no one to contact to get more. The towels for showering were just striped pool towels (which had seen better days). There were sheets and tea towels in the dryer (after cleaning from the previous tenants) and empty boxes and rolled up carpet in the wardrobe. There was also a huge cockroach in the room, marks on walls, hair balls on the carpet, and the world's smallest ironing board (if that's what you could call it). The room did not feel at all clean and was disappointing as it was a surprise for my daughter's birthday.
Great location if you are going to the Gold Coast convention
The parking was horrible!!!
The website said there was “onsite parking garage”, turns out you were parking in the star car park. We were staying for 2 nights and it would have cost us $60 to $180 for both nights.
We decided to park somewhere else.
There was mold in the shower which was very gross.
And we had to pick up the keys from another location. The staff at that location weren’t friendly at all
Location
Cold showers - the elevators
Location
Place was half clean. Dusty everywhere. Booked ocean view and got the mountains/landscape.
