Cons:

The mattresses and pillows are straight out of the last century. There is no soundproofing—you can hear all your neighbors. The bathrooms are extremely small.

Cons:

Чистота не очень,туалет на этаже и очень маленький,окна не открываются.Также лестница наверх это особая история(она очень крутая и неудобная)

Location, staff were okay

Cons:

Hard beds, the beds were the worst, the bathroom kept flooding when taking a shower, you could hear EVERYTHING upstairs, next door and outside.
I had a lamp with no light bulb.....

L'emplacement très pratique pour visiter la ville

Cons:

La chambre très sombre avec sa fenêtre face a un mur sur cours intérieure.
L'un des lits était bancale et l'une des lampes de chevet ne fonctionnait pas

There was room for improvement in regard to the facilities at the hotel.
Pros:

It was well situated next to the canals. The bed was really comfortable. The view looked out on the small garden and other small gardens on opposite properties.

Cons:

There was no breakfast available, so I had to go to other hotels or cafes to have breakfast. The radiator did not work, so staff provided me with electric heater. A lot of the time it was difficult to get hold of someone on reception. There were 2 shower rooms on my floor. One of the shower rooms had a broken handle so one could not lock oneself in for privacy. The first evening I was there, the toilet had no toilet paper, so had to ask for some. One night, in the early hours of the morning, a staff let in some rowdy drunken young women who came on my floor and woke me up with shouting and swearing, and playing music on their iphones. They were not guests at the hotel. The waste bin lid was broken.
