Απελπισία και βαθιά στενοχώρια

Το μόνο φωτεινό σημείο ήταν ένας κος ο οποίος ανταποκρίθηκε στην απόγνωση μας και κατάφερε να μας βρει ένα δωμάτιο που έκλεινε η μπαλκονόπορτα.

Cons:

Το κτίριο ολόκληρο και κατά συνέπεια και το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν συντηρημένο ,είχε υγρασίες ,βρωμιές στους τοίχους ,μπριζες που έβγαιναν από τον τοίχο ,ένα λερωμένο σεντόνι ,λερωμένες καρέκλες κα.Για αυτό το κατάλυμα πληρώσαμε εγώ και τα 2 μου παιδιά περίπου 650 ευρώ για 3 διανυκτερεύσεις.Απιστευτο!!!!και με κάνει να αναρωτιέμαι πως το booking περιλαμβάνει τέτοια καταλύματα στην πλατφόρμα του. Εκτός από το κατάλυμα το οποίο ξεχωριστά θα βαθμολογηθεί θα ήθελα να επιστήσει την προσοχή σας και στο πως το booking αξιολογεί και επιλέγει τους συνεργάτες του. Προσωπικά σκεφτόμαστε πολύ σοβαρά εάν θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε το booking στην επόμενη κράτηση μας. Θα θέλαμε πολύ να λάβουμε τα σχόλια σας επι του του θέματος.

Was real creepy there was a dwarf walking round the hotel in pure latex scared the shit outta me that I could not pee in middle of the night

Pros:

Great location! Easy walk to Vondelpark and the museums. Easy walk to the tram and plenty of cafes around! Bedroom was comfortable I liked that it had its own sink.

Cons:

Shower rooms didn’t have any shelf space not even for a bottle of soap. Walls and floors of shower and toilet rooms weren’t the cleanest. Also were unable to lock the door to our room.

Cons:

There was no WIFI and the tv was not working. I had zero entertainment in the evening for my child. I sent 2 messages and only got a reply the morning I checked out. I had work commitments to catch up on and was unable.
There was a shared bathroom that had no handle and was nearly impossible to close as the door was swollen. We had to stand at the door anytime any of us wanted to use the bathroom. They have not even replied to my last email. Honestly disgusted at this stay. Avoid at all costs, just to add - I never leave reviews like this but the customer service was shocking. Each time I went to the desk there was no staff. Wish I had booked elsewhere.

De hygiëne...en comfort..

De deur van de gedeelde wc ( op de hal ) was in het slot dichtgetaped. Deze kon dus niet op slot..

De bedden waren ook niet comfortabel.
Maar voor 54 euro per nacht , prima voor die prijs. De locatie was top!!!
