Cons:

I didn't like anything the customer service was bad they changed the date of the stay without my concern just because their building is under renovation they changed the date and they're not replying or didn't refund at all making it worse for me and i want my refund back or I'm sueing booking.com for not updating and wasting my time and my vacation
