Clear, at the good location
Pros:

The accommodation is in a good, central location, offering easy access to the property itself as well as to many points of interest. It is clean and comfortable. The young women at the reception are very polite, though they do not know much about the city.

Cons:

The Mekong Delta excursion I booked through the hotel was not good; three-quarters of the time is spent on sales presentations for various products, followed by a mere 20-minute boat ride covering a very short distance. I didn't actually see the Mekong Delta. It was a waste of time. If you want to see real Mekong Delta search for other agencie.

Very clean, safe and comfortable.
Pros:

My room was large and impeccably clean. Bath towels were cotton and wrapped to confirm they were clean and unused. As a lone female traveler, I felt safe in Mia Hotel and the surrounding areas. Water and clean towels were replenished according to my wishes. The staff were friendly and attentive for most of my stay.

Cons:

The balcony was essentially unusable because it is fully enclosed and the air conditioner vents into this space, it was like a sauna, but not a therapeutic type of sauna! I had hoped to do my morning qi gong ritual on the balcony but it was too hot and enclosed. Also, the works going on next door made conversation with reception impossible. Having said that, my sleep was not disturbed by these works because the machinery was not operating before 8am and after 5pm. On my departure, it was disappointing the reception staff did not help me exit the building by holding the door open while I manouvred my suitcase outside. The bed sheets felt synthetic and I would have paid extra for cotton/linen sheets.

Pros:

Great location close to Ben Thanh market. Very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious. The street in front of the hotel can be busy but our room was facing the back of the building and was hence quiet.

A well priced very clean wee gem in a great location!
Pros:

Loved this small hotel situated in CALMETTE St, very close to the 2 main markets in District 1.
The location was great. And there is a lift.
The lovely reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
My room had everything that I required - fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, excellent air-conditioning, desk, an enclosed shower, bedside table and charging points close to the bed.
The room was spotlessly clean; even the white towels are presented in a clear plastic package! I was actually very impressed with this aspect.
The bed was comfortable, loved having a bidet, and for the price, this hotel is an excellent choice.
Although the hotel is in a busy area, my room at the back of the building was very quiet. It faced lower buildings, so I had an “open space” to look out on to, and my room received a lot of natural light.
The tariff is very reasonable and I couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. It’s a very solid choice for anyone looking to stay in this area!

Pros:

非常满意的住宿体验，交通便利，范五老街就在附近。但晚上安静，基本不受打扰。前台服务 24 小时值班，很热心。性价比超预期，房间设施齐全，卫生干净，无任何异味，强烈推荐！

Cons:

都满意，稍有不习惯的是门锁不是电子锁，出门需要带钥匙锁上门，进门后需要反锁，不会自动上锁，对习惯电子锁的有点不便，有时进门居然一直忘了反锁门，还好没有走错房间的客人，否则会比较尴尬😂
