Tudo tranquilo, só houve demora no checkin, havia apenas um funcionário na recepção, e muitos hospedes.
Pros:

Varanda espetacular, vista maravilhosa!

Cons:

Mesa e cadeiras na varanda eram antigos e desgastados, colchão e sofá aparentemente antigos, mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Só poderiam ser melhores.

Amei a localização, 300m da praia mansa, local ideal, com supermercado perto, gastronomia, lazer, feirinha, etc...
O ambiente bem distribuído, aconchegante.

Cons:

O fluxo de carros na avenida, o barulho, confesso que foi um pouco negativo, mas para quem estava de passagem, foi questão de relaxar e dormir.
No apto tivemos problemas com a torneira da pia, pingando e o fogão que só conseguimos acender uma boca, mas atendeu o nosso propósito
