I only stay at The Plaza Hotel, for the past 4 years, whenever I go to New York .
I’ve stayed there more than 14 times and I will ONLY Stay at “The Plaza Hotel” whenever I travel to New York

Run down, seems like a sad mempry to a great past, no standard of a leading hotel, missing coffee machine in the room,

A bit expensive but worth for experience
Безусловно шикарное расположение, Централ Парк сразу же, отель, который знают все по фильму Один дома, публика изысканная, очень красиво, чисто, завтрак нам понравился. Историческое здание и номера. Персонал любезный.
Те кто ожидают что будет как в фильме-нет.
Центральный вход-для жителей этого комплекса, это не отель.
А вход в отель, который занимает лишь часть жилого комплекса, сбоку.
Номер очень скромный за те деньги что мы заплатили: более 2000.
Вид во двор-то есть без вида.
Не нужно расчитывать на что-то грандиозное.
Небольшой отель, хоть и высокий. Вход не «инстаграмный». Особого шика нет.
В номере нет чайника, зато есть ведерко для льда))

Very unfriendly staff - the staff at the counter were unhelpful and made multiple mistakes while checking in. The room service staff repeatedly forgot to provide key amenities like water and robes, meaning we had to keep calling to ask for these to be delivered, presumably because they were angling for tips. One man even asked us for a tip immediately after we had already tipped 25%. Cleanliness was extraordinarily disappointing with large stains on the bedding and even black mould in our room.
The price is utterly outrageous for how poor the quality is, and I say this as someone who has stayed at five stay hotels in countries across the world.
