Chambre économique calme
Pros:

rue en impasse calme
Le canapé dans la chambre
Bon pour un séjour rapide d’une nuit avec un prix économique :-)

Cons:

Coín café malheureusement un peu basique, le micro-ondes n’y était plus, sur la photo c’est plus sympa…
Dans ma chambre la salle de bain était à l’extérieur (ok car j’étais seul à l’étage ce jour là)

Muy mala experiencia
Pros:

Experiencia muy negativa, falta de seriedad del anfitrión
Reservé este alojamiento y el propietario nunca me contactó para darme indicaciones previas. Cuando ya iba en camino, me informó por mensaje que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba (algo indispensable en Yucatán en verano, sobre todo viajando con una persona mayor). Luego me pidió cancelar fuera de la app y prometió devolver el dinero directamente, cosa a la que no accedí.

Me comuniqué con agentes de Booking, quienes lo llamaron, y durante los 3 días de mi estancia el anfitrión siguió diciendo que “no podía entrar a la página”, evitando así responder formalmente a través de la plataforma. Tengo los mensajes donde el anfitrión reconoce que el aire no funciona y promete reembolsar, pero nunca lo hizo.


El alojamiento se anuncia con servicios que en la práctica no están disponibles y el anfitrión aprovecha la falta de control en la comunicación para evadir su responsabilidad. No recomiendo reservar aquí. Al final perdí mi dinero y no pude disfrutar de mis vacaciones.

Cons:

Falta de seriedad: el alojamiento anuncia servicios que no ofrece.

Great relaxing stay, Andrew is a great and friendly host.
Pros:

Andrew, the host is very friendly and provided many tips what to do in the area. Walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants, on weekends you can get Poc-Chuc close by and there is a great fish restaurant around the corner, see pic as well as bakery, shops etc.

Cons:

Drive slowly on the road.
