It could've been awesome without the rudeness of the manager.
Pros:

The location and facility are great. A bit out of the busy town, but only a 20-minute walk to the main points. I would have given it a higher rating but the manager attitude and insult have ruined the whole experience for us.

Cons:

The manager was so rude when we shared feedback about the breakfast portion and variety; he got defensive and said to us It's not our problem if you have a big stomach. lol, which was so shocking to hear. (And no, we don't have big stomachs haha) We have also checked with other guests, and they made the same comment about breakfast. There are frequent power cuts in the area, so if you're booking the AC room, you need to be aware of that, as the facility doesn't have a power generator.

Pros:

First of all, the place has a huge potential. I really liked the garden, which they took care of very well. The direct access to the beach is the absolute highlight. Fais, one of the employees, and the night guard are extremely friendly and nice people to be around.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the toilet was leaking, which made the bathroom dirty. The electricity shut down
, which of course is not their fault, but no generator could be provided. The breakfast is not enough and also it does not taste very good. Also, it changes in size every day.

Pros:

Se si sta cercando più tranquillità rispetto alla città è un buon posto, in ogni caso non c'è nessun servizio intorno per cui si deve sempre andare ad Arugam Bay per qualsiasi minima necessità.

Cons:

Assenza totale del segnale Wi-Fi nel bungalow in cui abbiamo soggiornato per due giorni. Scarsa attenzione del personale nella fase di check-in ed accoglienza approssimativa, dovendo richiedere più volte i servizi minimi quali carta igienica e saponi, teoricamente inclusi. Porta del bagno che non si chiude rendendo nulla la privacy fra gli ambienti. Colazione molto basica.Nella stanza era assente qualsiasi mobile accessorio oltre al letto. Basso livello di inglese del personale presente in struttura ed assenza del responsabile presso la struttura per poter rispondere di persona alle nostre richieste di chiarimento dei disservizi. Complessivamente esperienza purtroppo negativa.

Mooi ligging en prima locatie, personeel kan veel verbeteren aan service verlening en ontbijt

Mooie ligging, lekkere hangmatten

Cons:

Ontbijt had veel beter gekund, bijvoorbeeld door drinken aan te bieden. Personeel was niet vriendelijk en moest steeds gevraagd worden door ze wakker te maken

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Authentisch, wie die Einheimischen leben. Einfach aber gut. Vom Zimmer aus hört man das Meer rauschen. Katze und Hund sind auch da.
