Pros:

Het personeel wel vriendelijk

Cons:

Het was mega gehorig op de 5e verdieping. ‘s avonds lig je wakker van het restaurant boven je en vroeg in de ochtend word je er wakker van. Geen ramen in de kamer en de mensen op de gang hoor je alsof ze in je kamer staan.

Hotel súper bien ubicado, a lado de la plaza de armas y muy cerca del muelle. Estaba muy limpio. La cama era cómoda. El desayuno variado. El personal muy amable.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, ci hanno prenotato un bellissimo tour al lago titikaka e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli nonostante avessimo già fatto check out il giorno dopo. Ottimo il ristorante situato all'ultimo piano. Posizione centralissima a due passi da Plaza de Armas.

Pros:

A localização é excelente, a poucos metros da praça central e da rua onde estão localizados restaurantes e lojas.

Cons:

Os móveis são velhos, não há frigobar no quarto e o secador de cabelo é bem simples, quase não funciona.

Très bon hôtel pour séjourner a puno
Pros:

La chambre, le staff, le distributeur d'eau, le petit déjeuner... Le double vitrage !

Cons:

Légère odeur d'égout dans la SDB mais probablement du a l'ancienneté de l'hôtel qui fait aussi tout son charme... Tout est très propre donc il suffit d'aérer la journée
