Pros:

Hotel al centre de Puno amb unes habitacions enormes, perfectes per per fer un descans durant el nostre viatge per tot el Perú. El esmorzar és molt complet i el personal del hotel molt servicial.

Cons:

Els sucs de fruita que serveixen al esmorzar no tenen bon gust.

Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und sehr gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Exzellenter, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, auch noch bei Rückfragen nach der Abreise. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Lage. Aussicht des Frühstücksraums. Heizung. Heiße Dusche mit hohem Druck.

Cons:

Am Morgen haben wir eine Kakerlake im Bett gefunden.

It's very central and the breakfast hours were flexible. There was a bathtub in both the rooms we booked, which was nice after a cold boat ride :)

Cons:

Some of the equipment was a bit old and we had to change bedrooms because ours didn't have a window.

Great place to stay in Puno
Pros:

Very comfy beds. Rooms aren’t big but all have heaters. Shower was the best we had in our 2 months trip. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel, with fresh juices, eggs, panckakes and more. Lady who was at the reception was super nice and found us an affordable private driver to the Bolivia border (Isidro). Go to pizzaria Biancca. 3 mins walking from the hotel and Great pizzas, super nice staff and affordable prices.

Cons:

Young gentleman at the reception was not particularly nice and wasn’t able to help us with the private transport to Bolivia. Thankfully another member of the staff, a nice lady, approached us and solved helped us. Otherwise, we had a great night at the hotel.

Cons:

Contrate una excursión a través del hotel y casi me quedo sin conocer las islas de Uros. Fue un tema de la agencia de viajes, pero al ser hotel intermediario, el reclamo se los hice y pudieron solucionarlo.
