Muito agradável e revigorante!
Pros:

Gostamos imenso. Excelente localização, tranquilidade, limpeza, atendimento e decoração.
Um ótimo pequeno almoço com horário alargado ao fim de semana, a que acresce a excelente relação preço/qualidade!

A envolvente e os funcionários em geral

Cons:

Sou frequentadora assídua das pousadas e verifico uma certa decadência nos pormenores da decoração, por ex no quaro 205 onde ficamos...faltavam parte das cortinas, o sommier estava nu, solicitei na msg da reserva para ser retirado o protector de colchão caso houvesse ( era o caso) e nada disto foi feito...na piscina as espreguiçadeiras tinham alguns dejectos de pássaros e viam se que não estavam limpas. Pode ser melhorado

Pros:

Simpatia do pessoal, desde a recepcionista muito prestável até ao pessoal de serviço no bar e ao pequeno-almoço.
Bom pequeno-almoço com variedade.

Cons:

Casa de banho precisa ser eventualmente remodelada. Descarga do autoclismo é insuficiente.

The facilities are a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades, but still a great experience.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel inside the walled castle. Our room was great.

Cons:

The one elevator in the building was operational, but malfunctioning (doors would close, nothing would happen, doors would open. This was sporatic; sometimes it worked). We reported it to front desk.

The best place to stay in Estremoz!
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful castle, surrounded by history and comfort. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room spacious, with an amazing view over the old town of Estremoz.
A wonderful place to stay!

Great location with very historic ambience, but bedrooms & bathrooms need upgrading.
Pros:

Great location, extremely historic environment.

Cons:

Room and bathroom facilities are somewhat antiquated. No desk or work station for laptop, inconvenient position of power sockets.
Bathroom facilities are poorly laid out, for example the shaving mirror was on the opposite side of the bathroom from the wash basin. The temperature control for the shower was very poor.

Accueil de grande qualité - Bâtiment de grande classe - Emplacement idéal - la pousada et l'église forment un ensemble exceptionnel au service de la statue da Rainha Isabel - dommage que des barrières assez moches aient interdit de s'en approcher

Estremoz im Alentjano
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal, sehr hilsberetie Reception.
Positiv entspannte Atmosphäre. Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten wie tollem Ziegenkäse, ganz frische verschiedene Baguettes und Crpissants , verschiedene Konditoreisachen, leckeres frisch aufges hnittenes obst u.v.m.
Nette kleine Swimmingpoolarea mit kleiner Bar und Service. Das Hotel ist in einem alten Schloss von ca 18. jh untergebracht.
Trotz der landestypidchen Hitze gut auszuhalten, natürlich klimaanlagen im hotel und den zimmern.
Estremoz ist ein sehenswertes Städtchen.
