The best chateaux in Saint Emilion
Pros:

A charming, cozy, and stylish château that offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the large bathroom was very convenient, and the terrace was perfect for unwinding. Room service was excellent throughout the stay. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, although the variety could be expanded. Dinner was also excellent, making for a very enjoyable overall experience.

Cons:

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the château very much. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The parking area is not well suited for sports cars, as the speed bumps are too high and can scrape the underside of low vehicles. In addition, the pool area feels rather small for a hotel of this standard and lacks the sense of space and luxury one would expect.

הכל, המלון עצמו מאוד יפה ומרשים, נקי, מאוד, מתוחזק היטב ומאוד נעים לשהות בו.
השרות היה טוב מאוד.
המיקום של המלון בתוך הכרמים מאוד יפה.
אחד החדרים הכי יפים ששהיתי בהם בחו"ל.

Cons:

1. לא היה מספיק אופניים להשכרה ולא יכולנו לצטת לטיול אופניים באזור וביום למחרת היה גשם שלא איפשר את הטיול.
אולי כדאי להגדיל את כמות האופניים.
2. המסעדה תמיד היתה מלאה בערב.

Loved everything about it - very comfy, very nice spa, exceptional greeting from the staff, lovely room, amazing wine bar

Cons:

Service at breakfast was poor - we asked multiple times for extra coffee and it never came. Whilst we were enjoying the lovely view, the service took a little too long

Besser fürs Dinner oder Lunch herkommen und den Blick aufs Chateau genießen, die Leistung ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nic

Sehr schönes Schloss und Zimmer auch nett, das Essen (Lunch & Dinner) ist auch gut

Cons:

Der Service ist nicht gut - so dauert der Kaffee oder die Eier beim Frühstück schon mal 30 min und kommen, wenn man quasi fertig gefrühstückt hat.
Das Hotel lebt von dem schönen Chateau, die meisten Zimmer sind aber drum herum in anderen, unspektakulären Gebäuden. Der Spa Bereich & Pool ist für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein

Pros:

The setting was magical amongst the vines.

Cons:

Nothing, it was pretty perfect. If I were picky I could say our deck needed to be stained as it was looking tired.
