The location was great, and it was a very beautiful room
Behind the bed was kind of dusty. I am quite sensitive to dust as I have a dust mite allergy. There also was no iron in the room but it was easy and very cheap to go and get one from nearby Emart
Very convenient location, close to buses and metro. A great starting point for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed.

Very clean rooms, super comfy bed. New towels everyday. Heated floors and all. Staff is very friendly. 7/11 store nearby for quick snacks. Close to both bus stops and metro station.
There was no spa however, apparently. But I remember seeing the photos when booking. Very unclear communication on that. Also make sure to close the windows before bed because staff always keeps them open/unlocked after cleaning.
