Pros:

Staff were excellent, went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, re arranged my taxi when flight had been delayed. Couldn't be more helpful

Beautiful place, people and food
Pros:

Ideally located in the middle of Stone Town. Beautiful hotel with very comfortable clean rooms and modern bathrooms. All the staff were really lovely, friendly and proficient in English. Breakfast was amazing and served on the beautiful roof terrace, and the coffees were sublime!

Cons:

The only thing I could possibly complain about is that there is no lift and a lot of stairs! However the staff helped us with the luggage, and most hotels in Stone Town are in gorgeous old buildings with no lifts

Perfectly located. Exceptional team.
Pros:

Perfectly located and the room better was than expected. Clean, wifi and hot water. Shout out to the staff who were very welcoming and helpful. I was on a solo so felt right at home and felt safe. Highly recommend staying here. If you’re travelling in between places, the hotel can arrange a driver for you.

Nothing to add. It was perfect.

Everything was wonderful, and we really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended!
Pros:

A very charming and cozy hotel right in the heart of Stone Town. Although you can’t reach the hotel directly by car, the staff kindly come to meet you, collect your luggage, and carry it to the hotel.
The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning! They even provide earplugs so you can sleep peacefully during the early morning prayers, which is a very thoughtful touch.

A great first impression of Zanzibar
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, both the night shift when we arrived and the day shift when we needed anything during the day.
The shower was hot.
Breakfast was wonderful, plenty of food and nice food too. The coffee was very good. The people serving the breakfast were friendly and relaxed. A great start to the day.

Amazing rooms,great location, friendly service
Pros:

The rooms were very spacious and in a good location. All the interesting sites of Stinetown were reachable within a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and always supportable. The Aircon was great!

Cons:

There was a smell coming from the pipes out of the bathroom. However, after taking a shower and using the van in the bathroom, this was okay :)

Centrally located with great staff.
Pros:

The location was a bit obscure, but the hotel had staff to come and meet our taxi and carry our luggage, likewise when we left, staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location was good and only a short walk to nearby Zanzibar attractions.

Un bon hébergement au cœur de la ville
Pros:

La chambre était grande, le petit déjeuner était varié et bon.
Le rooftop apporte une vu sympathique sur la ville et offre un plus non négligeable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé juste à côté d'une mosquée qui fait l'appel à prière tous les jours à 5h30 du matin pendant 30 minutes. Même si le personnel nous avait prévenu et nous avait donné des boule quies, cela a été un vrai désagrément (en bonus, nous avons eu un concert à la mosquée sur l'une des soirées).
Nous n'avons pas aimé que, lors du règlement de l'hôtel, le personnel a essayé de ne pas nous rendre la monnaie.

Excellentes prestations et un personnel adorable.
Pros:

Tout. La chambre magnifique avec une belle salle de bain et un rooftop génial. Tout était réuni pour nous satisfaire. Le staff excellent, au petit soin, toujours le sourire et le mot agréable. Et excellent petit déjeuner.
