Die Lage ist absolut top in der Mitte von Stonetown. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit allem ausgestattet. Zur Abreise haben wir das Frühstück eingepackt bekommen, weil wir so früh zum Flughafen mussten. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für 1-2 Nächte absolut top.
Das Hotel ist zu einer Seite offen, dadurch ist es recht laut. Insbesondere wenn morgens zum Gebet gerufen wird. Wir haben dafür Ohrstöpsel bekommen.
Muy limpio y súper bien situado. El personal era magnífico, nos ayudaron con todas nuestras necesidades. Especial agradecimiento para Bianca y Rose, fueron muy atentas y amables. Desayuno muy rico también. Volveremos seguro!! Lo recomiendo 100%

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was incredibly spacious, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything about the hotel was excellent. We especially loved the friendly and attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, the stunning rooftop atmosphere, and the perfect location in the heart of the city. Every aspect of our experience made us feel welcome and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zanzibar and would gladly stay here again!

Excellent location within Stone town (though that does have its own drawbacks). Walkable to many notable sights, shops, the beach, as well as great restaurants.
Being a coastal city that tends to get very hot, I was surprised that they didn't provide complementary drinking water in the room.
The Wi-Fi internet wasn't great. It was very weak and unstable in the room.
The mattress was a tad bit too hard, but of course that might just be a personal preference.
There was no full length mirror in the room but that wasn't such a big deal.

The room is huge, and the staff is super.
The staff were terrific. A really big old room, bed and bathroom. A large and comfortable rooftop balcony where a good breakfast is available from 8am. It's a short walk, less than 10 minutes, through the old streets to the waterfront. You can also book tours at a good price at reception and also organise airport transfers. We loved our time at the hotel.
Très bon emplacement pour visiter la ville et un personnel très serviable et compréhensif. Le rooftop mis à notre disposition. Le transfert pour l'aéroport parfaitement organisé par le personnel de l'hôtel malgré l'heure matinale. On nous a fourni un petit déjeuner à emporter étant donné que nous partions trop tôt.

Very kind and welcoming staff, clean structure, rooms full equipped with everything you need. A FANTASTIC hotel with a great terrace (the breakfast is excellent - my congrats to the wonderful Bianca) in the heart of Stone Town. I really recommend to choose this hotel for your staying in Stone Town. It exceeded all my expectations.

Sauberes Zimmer, perfekte Lage, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Gebetsrufe der nahegelegenen Moschee waren hörbar, aber das Personal stellte uns sofort Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung. Sehr aufmerksamer Service!
Herzlicher Empfang und unkompliziertes Einchecken. Das Frühstück oben auf der Dachterrasse war sehr lecker, besonders der spiced coffee! Die Lage ist mitten im trubeligen Zentrum, alles prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man muss wissen, dass morgens um fünf der Muezzin ruft, aber man bekommt Ohrstöpsel.
Etwas harte Matraze. Sonst alles sehr gut.
L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur de Stone Town. Le personnel est le gros point fort de cet établissement, je n’ai jamais vu des personnes aussi attentionnées, bienveillantes et disponibles ! Le petit dej, composé de spécialités locales, est très copieux et délicieux.
