Pas de plage à Candidasa!! Il faut aller à Virgin beach à 8 km.
Pros:

Cet hotel est vraiment charmant! Calme avec un beau jardin et piscine.

Pretty gardens and view in the heart of Candidasa.
Pros:

Beautiful view over the lily pond next door. The rooms were basic but comfortable.

Cons:

An older member of our group had a fall on the extremely slippery when wet tiles outside her room. The bathrooms were also a serious risk in this regard.

Schnuckelig und ruhig!
Pros:

Die Ruhe, das nette Personal, das leckere Essen und die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Coole Drinks. Schöner kleiner Pool. Organisation des besten Fahrers ever. Tolle Touren täglich mit Nyoman Agus!

Pros:

Lovely little hotel. Rooms on ground and first floor with generous balconies around a pool with simple sunloungers. Good aircon and mosquito nets. Very quiet, away from the road. Lovely staff. No one trying to push you to buy. 2 hour drive from the airport, but it's worth it to get to this quieter part of the island. Nice restaurant at the hotel. Also many food options nearby.

There are guys at the nearby beach offering boat trips, snorkelling, diving etc.

Virgin beach is about 20 mins away by car. Its got beautiful white sand, toilets, changing rooms and simple restaurants.

Many interestung cultural sites nearby.

Cons:

The road is busy, so it does take time to get anywhere. No public transport, but its easy to get taxis and they are not expensive in western terms. The hotel is not quite at the sea, but you can walk about 15 min west to get to candidasa beach which is rocky. You can also enter other hotels with sea frontage for a drink and to sit by the sea.

Superbe souvenir en famille
Pros:

L’accès à l’étang de nénuphars, le chemin arrière permettant de se promener et longer d’autres établissements en bord de mer. Le dîner comme le petit déjeuner étaient très bons, le service excellent.
Jolie piscine dans laquelle nous avons savouré des cocktails, les lieux sont fleuris, propres.

Cons:

L’accès à la mer est en travaux (en mai 2026) ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel et ce sera vraiment encore mieux lorsque la digue sera terminée.

Wij hadden een grote kamer op de hoek met een grote veranda met prachtig uitzicht over een grote lelievijver, erg mooi en ruim, bovendien was het bed prima met frisse katoenen lakens.

Pros:

Mooie kleinschalige accommodatie. Fijn zwembad en een heerlijk alla carte ontbijt. Mooie ruime kamers maar de open badkamer zonder airco of fan vonden wij een minpunt.

Wonderful hotel I am now on my 4th stay with them and I even decided to extend my trip and remain here for another week
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and super accommodating. They will help you with anything you need. The gardens are very well maintained and the pool area and restaurant is wonderful. Great choice of options from local to western and international dishes. The wifi was intermittent and I reported and they immediately upgraded the router and fixed it straight away which helped me stay in contact with meeting to maintain my business back home.

Cons:

I loved it all. Nothing negative to report.

Ich habe mich super wohl gefühlt

Das Zimmer war gemütlich, hatte ein schönes Bett und ein großes Bad, das teils offen war, Das Essen im Hotel war außergewöhnlich gut. Auch in nicht indonesischen Gerichten. Das Restaurant, der Pool und Garten waren sehr schön. Meistens war ich allein im Restaurant oder am Pool, weil alle unterwegs waren. Das war sehr schön ruhig und angenehm. Hinter dem Pool ging es direkt zur Lotus Lagune und ans Meer. Auch in einem besonderen persönlichem Belangen wurde mir sofort Unterstützung angeboten. Ich habe vor Ort um 2 Nächte verlängert. Das war problemlos zum gleichen Preis möglich. Super freundliches Personal

Pros:

Awesome 3 night stay with a group of 7 of us…excellent value, great pool, awesome ‘Virgin beach’ a quick 20 min taxi away…upgrade to a bigger room was easy and excellent value

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very small but beautiful hidden away from a busy street. It was nice that they have restaurant on the site. After long trip to Bali it was nice not to worry about looking for a place to eat. The food was very good.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved.

Calm Lotus Paradise
Pros:

What can I say about this lovely place. I intuitively booked it, and little did I know the villa is right next to a gorgeous lily lake and the amazing sea.

The restaurant is excellent and serves really good meals. I especially loved their Farmer’s Breakfast. The rooms are quiet and clean, with big bathrooms and cozy, large beds.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, and they also assist with arranging transportation for tours, which made everything so convenient.

The location is great—close to lovely restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, yoga classes, souvenir shops, and clothing stores.

You will never regret staying here.

Pros:

It was very peaceful, clean, the decoration was beautiful as well as the garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specially Eka Sariti, one of the receptionist, was very lovely.
