Pros:

The breakfast was not bad. The staff is good.

Cons:

The chargers are located behind the bed or under the table. The pillows have smell, seems they were not washed before. Insects in the room. No kettle in the room(the staff needed to take it from another room).

Really nice staff and professional ! The buffet for the breakfast was really good
Pros:

I appreciate the welcoming of the staff and their generosity. They accpeted to cook diner for us whereas the kitchen was closed because of our late. Really nice people :)

They forgot to clean my room even when I asked it from the reseption. "Clean my room" tag in the door knob has no effect at all.

ロケーションと料金。トゥールスレン虐殺博物館まで徒歩でアクセスできます。アメニティは櫛と歯ブラシセットが二つずつありました。ビュッフェ式の朝ご飯が美味しかったです。

テーブルは小さく、荷物を広げられる場所がありませんでした。バスタオルはボロボロで、バスルームが臭いました……
