לא מדובר ממש בבית מלון אלא יותר בהוסטל. מבחינת מיקום, נמצא בעיר העתיקה, יחסית במקום מרכזי. לקחנו חדר ל- 3 שהיה עם שתי קומות. בקומה הראשונה לא היו בכלל חלונות, היה קצת מחניק. הכספת בארון לא היתה מחוברת. כשהגענו גם דלת הכניסה לחדר היתה תקולה (טופל). לא היה מזגן. מקלחת בסיסית מאוד. בקומה השניה היתה דלת יציאה לחצר פנימית משותפת. המלון מיושן, הלובי לא מאוד מזמין לשבת בו. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית. עונה על הציפיות רק אם מגיעים רק לישון בחדר, לא מעבר לזה.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay are here. The room was lovely and the bathroom was lovely. Our room was cleaned everyday by lovely staff.
It’s really close to the centre part of town and the public transport.
The breakfast was always fresh as well.

Nicely renovated house on the edge of the old quarter.
Pros:

The hotel owners (Roberto and Tania) were very friendly and helpful. The old house is beautifully renovated. Great views from the top terrace. Easy walk to the old quarter.

Cons:

Breakfast whilst reasonable was disorganised. Although close to the old quarter it is not good to go out after dark. Otherwise all good.

Charged for lounge and double room and only received a double room
Pros:

We had been travelling a long way so we booked a king suit with balcony. The photos on booking.com showed this as having a lounge on the ground floor with a bedroom above.
We were charged for the room upon arrival.
When we were shown to the rooms we were given a twin room and a double room. We asked were the sofa and lounge was and they pointed to a chair in the corner of the room. We tried to explain we did not need 4 beds for 2 people but we had paid for a lounge. They did not seem to understand. It was late and we were very tired so we decided to go to sleep and sort it out in the morning.
The next day we showed them the booking.com pictures of the lounge compared to what we received. They did not seem to understand but offered us a better double room. As the 2 rooms were very noisy we moved to the internal double room. We asked for a refund for the difference between the lounge with double room above that we had paid for and the double room we had received.
They refused saying they could not refund us the overpayment as we had booked via booking.com

Cons:

We contacted booking.com regarding the overpayment and asked if they could assist us with getting the refund we were due. They were unable to do so but advised us to put the details in this review so that other guests were not over charged in the same way.
We do not think it is fair that we paid for a lounge with double room above and only received a double room. We would strongly recommend that you see the room and check you are receiving what you booked before you pay for the room.
