Pros:

От аэропорта 15-20 минут, нам нужно было именно ближе к аэропорту. Всё чисто. Очень приятный персонал. Разрешили оставить багаж после выселения.

老板很热情，房间东西很齐全，而且可以洗衣服。打车也方便，周围有卖水果和早餐的。第一天没带现金也没着急让我们付款，最后才付的。很抱歉的是我们不小心把钥匙带走了，我在想办法如何还回去。

The hotel is on the very close to the road. There is a private car parking, that is really comfortable for drivers, also there are outside cameras for safe. The property has a little yard, it’s quiet, calm and clean. The most we liked is the cleanliness and the hostess woman, Marieta you are so adorable, kind and caregiver person, private thanks to u. Excellent place to stay in this area
Pros:

A quite, clean and comfortable guest house with very friendly and helpful staff. We loved everything, and that was a perfect place to stay near the very interesting Lusik Aguletsi House-Museum.
Highly recommended and we will stay here again upon return to Yerevan.
