je n'ai pas réservé le 23/24 le 22 nous avon dormi dans la voiture manque d'hotel a l'heure ou nous somme arriver valence et le 23 il fallait etre a loret del mar nous avons réservé par booking la reservation du 23/24 a été annulé sur booking et je vous signial que j'ai reçu plusieure messages et tard

La ubicación para nosotros fue estupenda. El piso está muy cuidado y es acogedor. Y Andrea muy amable y atento.
La habitación era muy espaciosa y la cama era grande y cómoda, la habitación estaba muy limpia. La ubicación era perfecta, estábamos en un barrio con sus comodidades pero a un paso de todo.
El anfitrión quería que nos comunicáramos por teléfono y no por Booking, algo que no me dio mucha confianza al principio aunque al final era una persona encantadora y era para mejorar la logística de nuestra llegada.
Ross was a fantastic host. He gave us a very warm welcome and showed us everything we needed to know. He was attentive and caring throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. We had a wonderful time and would be very happy to come back.
The accommodation was clean and functional, and the location was very convenient. The shared spaces worked well, both sides had access to a balcony, and the host was communicative throughout our stay. Overall, the apartment itself was comfortable enough for a city trip.
Our main disappointment was that the level of privacy and exclusivity did not match what we expected for the price paid. We specifically filtered for a private bathroom and expected a more premium experience. While the bathroom was technically for our exclusive use, the overall setup felt much more like a room within a shared apartment than a self-contained accommodation. Future guests should interpret “private external bathroom” very literally.
There were also some minor maintenance issues, including a broken shower holder, limited natural light and a bed that we personally found less comfortable. We felt that our concerns were met somewhat defensively rather than with an acknowledgement that guests may reasonably have different expectations. Had there been greater understanding of our perspective, this review would likely have been considerably higher.
Perfect host, perfect location, clean, good equipped, I recommend of course.

La casa è molto curata e gli spazi grandi e ben distribuiti. Noi abbiamo avuto due stanze vicine ed erano entrambe comodissime, bagno ad uso privato delle due stanze. Ho notato molta attenzione ai dettagli. Il proprietario ci ha dato utili consigli per vivere meglio la città. Nel complesso è stata un' ottima esperienza!
