Pros:

I am very grateful to the reception staff for their warm welcome and for helping me with everything I needed. I really hope management reads my review and that these employees receive a bonus.

The hotel is very beautiful, with a lovely small but convenient pool, and a good breakfast.

Cons:

The location is not very convenient — there is a lot of poverty around — but this does not change the good qualities of the hotel.

Unfortunately, one thing slightly spoiled the impression: the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. I had to wake up at night to turn it on and off.

Goede uitvalsbasis in Bangkok en ontzettend behulpzaam personeel
Pros:

Prima hotel, voldoet aan de verwachtingen. Ontbijt niet heel uitgebreid, maar goede koffie en eitjes naast het buffet. Locatie is goed, dichtbij Grand Palace en 15 minuten lopen van Khao San Road. De straat van het hotel is wat rommelig, maar daar heb je geen last van. Het personeel is echt ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Mini zwembadje, heerlijk om even af te koelen.

Cons:

Het is allemaal wat verouderd, maar wel schoon.

One of our favourite hotels!
Pros:

We loved the large bedroom, plenty of room to put your suitcases down. The large bed which was very comfortable and lovely pillows.
The bathroom was very good and clean with a great shower. There was a small safe in the room which was easy to use. The Aircon worked well and kept the room temperature comfortable.
The restaurant had a good breakfast selection for you to choose from, self service, and they gave you a selection of coffees and egg dishes to choose from.
The "heritage" theme was great with old style telephone, bathroom taps and shower, plus a beautiful washing bowl.
The staff were great, very helpful and pleasant.
There are many historic and tourist sights within easy walking distance and the Blue hop-on hop-off river bus is a 20 minute walk away.
This hotel is very near the top of our favourites and one we are happy to revisit and recommend.

Cons:

I didn't much care for the way the eggs were overcooked underneath and undercooked on top.

If you live in Bangkok, this is a nice weekend getaway.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and the hotel is small enough that nothing is very far but it's big enough that we didn't even see other people except at breakfast. The breakfast was good. I'm not sure why so many people called it "amazing". It was not amazing, but it was perfectly nice. Staff was super nice and helpful

Cons:

The neighborhood was a bit sketchy. It seemed to be full of homeless people (or just people who spend all day on the sidewalk). There was a really good restaurant close by that was recommended. You couldn't tell from the hotel, but once you got out and walked around, a lot of the neighborhood smelled like urine. ooof.

Pros:

Très bien placé pour visiter les temples principaux de Bangkok. Pscine appréciable en fin d'aprèm. Petit déjeuner super. Très bien pour débuter un séjour à Bangkok.

Cons:

Le prix est assez cher pour un resto thailandais mais s'explique par la piscine et le petit dej ainsi que par son emplacement. La rue autour est sale et peu avenante (aucun problème de sécurité) mais on en sort vite

Pros:

All the staff, including service, the front desk, gate, etc were helpful, warm and wonderful. The breakfast was great, though one of us was a vegetarian and they didn't have any option. The lounge tea/coffee arrangement is fantastic and comfortable. A suggestion to keep wooden stirrers for tea rather than plastic spoons to maintain the sustainability standard of the hotel.
Another suggestion would be to have steel kettles for the room rather than plastic.
Would love to come back and stay again.

Cons:

Sadly, there was too much urine smell outside due to the homeless people living on the street. But of course we don't blame the hotel for that.

Super Hotel mit süßem Pool
Pros:

Rezeption und Lobby, Zur freien Entnahme Wasser, Kaffee, Tee, Kekse.

Pool war auch super und Zimmer war sehr lieb . Super größe und sauber. Bett bequem!

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, da wir nur eine Nacht dort waren. Hätten es sonst nicht dazu genommen war nicht so spannend, da kriegt ma draußen glaub ich einfach besseres. Aber war nicht schlecht nur nichts aufregendes.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner très varié et bon. Hôtel tres propre. Personnel tres accueillant et l'hôtel très sécurisant avec un gardien...

Cons:

Bémol le quartier n'est pas très rassurant.... avec de mauvaises odeurs sur le chemin... quand on part à pied pour accéder aux différents commerçants.

Très bien pour la visite du centre historique
Pros:

Le rapport qualité-prix hors saison, l'emplacement central pour faire les visites touristiques à pied, l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en qualité, la rue n'est pas la plus attirante de Bangkok avec beaucoup de sans abris et des odeurs pas toujours agréable mais l'hôtel est safe.
