景色、温泉♨️、プール、食事全て最高でした╰(*´︶`*)╯♡
すでにリピート3度目です🥰🥰

Cons:

朝イチに温泉に入った時にボディソープ等の補充ができてなかったところ。水着の脱水機付近の床が水浸しでした。

ナイトミラージュが見れたこと。
フロント前の観覧席でゆったりできスタジアムの雰囲気を感じることができたこと。
シティと港側が部屋から見えたこと。
ウェルカムドリンクが充実していてよかった。
事前に電話した際にスタッフの受け応えが丁寧でよかった。

Dirty floor spoiled my dream stay
Pros:

Convenient location for football and basketball spectatoring.

Cons:

Dirty room floor with drink smudges and stains. Unfriendly and inflexible reception staff and managers. It was supposed to be an exciting night when the Nagasaki Velca won Japan’s pro basketball league but the joy was tarnished by the dirty room floor and unfriendly staff people.

施設の説明（入り口等）がなくわかりにくい
Pros:

スタジアムがみれて最高でした

Cons:

サウナのレンタル水着の在庫がなくはいれなかったのが残念でした。水着をわざわざ持って宿泊する方はいらっしゃらないと思いますので改善していただきたい

清潔感があり、落ち着いた雰囲気。
旅行で来てよく歩いたので、大浴場でゆったり体をほぐせてよかった。

Cons:

部屋を予約した時の室内の写真と違い狭い。
洗面所的なものが室内なのはチョット↓
スタジアムビューではないと、稲佐山が見えると思っていたが違った。

Pros:

新しいホテルである事を差し引いても清潔でした。大浴場も100点！唯一！施設内にコインランドリーが無かった様です。3泊4日の利用では、コインランドリーが有れば有難いですね。

Cons:

施設内のレストランが高額？な印象です。もう少しカジュアルな金額ラインのお店も有れば助かります。
