Wonderful stay in a clean, comfortable property with an excellent location!
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The room was cozy, modern, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Ich hatte ausversehen zu den falschen Daten gebucht - eine Nacht zu früh. Via Chat habe ich die Unterkunft kontaktiert und diese hat sogleich gesagt, dies sei kein Problem, ich könne einfach am nächsten Tag anreisen! Wirklich top! Das Zimmer war grosszügig und es gab einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr ringhörig und man konnte den TV von nebenan, sowie die Hauptstrasse davor sehr gut hören.

Für eine Nacht okay, jedoch preislich nicht angemessen
Pros:

Schlaf war möglich. Im Großen und Ganzen halbwegs okay, jedoch für den gezahlten Preis, viel zu teuer.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage vereiste und es tropfte Wasser am Gerät, und das Gerät hatte dadurch kaum Kälteleistung was auf Kältemittelmangel zurückzuführen sein dürfte.

Nice clean modern unit
Pros:

Very clean, modern and close to the beach. Easy communication with the owner.

Cons:

The main downside was the very thin walls, so privacy and noise were an issue. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to very noisy guests in the neighbouring unit who were arguing late into the night and again from around 5:45am. The owner was in contact and willing to help, although they asked which room we were in — information they likely already had as we had been messaging directly through the app. We chose not to identify the neighbouring room because the guests seemed very angry and we did not want the situation to escalate further. The owner did message after we checked out offering us another unit, but we went to different hotel as we really needed to rest before our flight home.

2 day stay in Daytona Beach
Pros:

Proximity to the place I needed to be
Clean towels and bedding
Free Parking
Microwave, mini fridge, seating areas
Very comfortable mattress
TV with app service ready to input your information
Communication with staff/owner when I had questions

Cons:

-Our room was facing the road and can be very noisy with cars and passerby people walking (no biggie for us)
-Parties weren't allowed but seemed many rooms rented were partying, playing music loud and talking really loud, not to mention, hearing lame music from decades ago, so these people were mature enough to know parties weren't allowed.
-tub and bathroom in general could use some regrouting or even some bleach and steam cleaning
-window in bathroom won't stay open to attempt to vent the steam from the shower.
-walls need a wipe down
-perhaps a better/safer/more secure locking mechanism is needed, feels like one can simply shoulder check it open

*Honestly, it looks like they refurbished this place very well with an updated style and fixtures in the not so distant past but the type of guests they allow in there will definitely not take care of what they invested in there to make a nice motel thrive again, sad.

Pros:

It was a very nice room for the price very close to everything Daytona has to offer. There was a nice little kitchenette & the bathroom was really nice. The shower head & wand was amazing! Comfy bed, cold a/c. Really couldn't ask for much more!

Una experiencia para repetir en Daytona
Pros:

Mi estadía en Daytona fue realmente excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo estuvo a la altura de lo esperado: la habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, ordenada y tal como se mostraba en las fotos, lo cual siempre da mucha tranquilidad.

Uno de los detalles que más valoré fue el parqueadero, ubicado justo al pie de la entrada de cada unidad, lo que hizo todo mucho más cómodo, especialmente al entrar y salir varias veces durante el día.

La ubicación fue simplemente perfecta, ya que mi viaje estaba enfocado en asistir al Jeep Beach, y estar tan cerca hizo toda la experiencia mucho más práctica y agradable.

Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería sin pensarlo. Totalmente recomendado para quienes buscan comodidad, buena ubicación y una experiencia sin complicaciones.

Sucked
Pros:

Place smelled of mold!!
Got moved to another room because I couldn't breathe in that nast moldy room.
Paid for 2 days and left after 1
Owner won't respond and wouldn't give wifi code.
Don't make the mistake I made!!
