اقامة متميزة وطاقم موظفين رائعين.
Pros:

أعجبني فيه طاقم رايع أ.أشرف الاستاذ يحيى والحراسات موظفوها كانوا على درجة من الرقي والابتسامة، كذلك الموقع قريب من ش.جلمعة الدول ومن الخدمات كل شيء كان رائعا.

لاتوجد سلبيات فالإيجابيات كانت كفيله بمحو سلبيات المكان ان وجدت.

الف شكر لصاحب الفندق ومدير الفندق والاستاذه وجميع العاملين والاسطف جميعهم اخلاق وذوق عالي
مكان الفدق متميز جدا لقربه من جامعه الدول وشارع شهاب يعتبر النبظ الحيوي لسياحه مكان هادي جميل نظيف جدا تحس انك ببيتك وايظا امان جدا وهدوا المكان لايوجد ازعاج سكنت بمعظم فنادق القاهره لم اجد مثل هذا المكان وشكر من دلني عليه بصرحه نزلت فيه ونا من رود مصر منذا 20 سنه لم انبصط بمثل هذا المكان افطار رقي نظافه امان هدوا تعامل صادق من جميع العاملين وخدومين جداااا الف شكرلهم ونشا الله لي عوده لهم

I had an absolutely wonderful two-week stay at Aura Hotel in Cairo, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and inviting throughout my entire stay. The food was excellent, with great quality, flavor, and consistency every day.

What truly made my stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Every single day, the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel less like a guest and more like family.

A special thank you to everyone who took such good care of me, from the reception and management staff to housekeeping, the restaurant team, the chef, the baristas, the security guards at the entrance, and the concierge. Every department played a part in making my stay comfortable, smooth, and memorable.

It is rare to find a hotel where the service feels this genuine and consistent for two full weeks. Aura Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am truly grateful for the hospitality, warmth, and care I received during my stay.

I highly recommend Aura Hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and look forward to staying there again.
