Arte e comodità a due passi dal centro
Pros:

A pochi passi dalla stazione di Piazza Principe, in una strada piena di negozi, questa sistemazione offre la tranquillità del sentirsi a casa insieme alla comodità di un ottimo servizio. La camera, dal soffitto affrescato, era ampia, silenziosa, pulitissima, il letto molto comodo, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Presenti un bollitore ed un frigorifero.

Cons:

Sarebbe opportuno avere qualche presa elettrica in posizione più comoda. Lo scarico del bagno è rumoroso, e si teme di disturbare i vicini.

Un hotel familiar que recomanaria a tothom
Pros:

Molt bona ubicació (al costat de la universitat i de l'estació de tren de Piazza Principe), personal amable, es pot disposar de cuina, aire condicionat i escriptori a l'habitació, etc.

Cons:

El llit era una mica incòmode (matalàs de motlles).

Genova è una bellissima città di mare con persone vere e molto accoglienti e sorridenti con i turisti

Posizione, ampiezza della camera e disponibilità del personale

Cons:

La stanza era ampia ma affacciava su una chiostrina minuscola e fatiscente, la finestra aveva la tapparella rotta quindi siamo rimasti sempre con la tapparella abbassata, il bagno era veramente troppo vecchio, la tavoletta era rotta, sembrava il bagno di un ospedale degli anni ottanta. La porta della stanza e’ da ridipingere perché intorno alla maniglia c’è un bell’alone scuro, e ci sono ancora le chiavi. La direzione dovrebbe seriamente valutare di investire qualche soldo nella struttura perché così e’ impresentabile. Era comunque tutto pieno visto che si tratta di una zona centrale e di Genova, non per questo pero’ bisogna dei turisti. Francamente… abbiamo pagato 160 euro per una notte, ma quella stanza era peggio di un ostello.

Non è disponible l'ascensore e l'hotel si trova al secondo piano di un antico palazzo nobile ... preparatevi a fare tanti scalini!

La reception deve raccomandare ai clienti un comportamento silenzioso, nel rispetto degli altri ospiti, almeno dalle 23 alle 07 ...
