Good Moroccan hospitality within the Medina!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and always willing to be of help, breakfast was good and accommodations were very comfortable. I had the best three nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! The plunge pool was extremely refreshing after spending several hours at different times touring or walking in the 100+ degree temperatures. Location within the Medina was central and convenient walking to the square, restaurants and other sites within the Medina.

Cons:

Those with limited mobility should be aware of the location, as vehicles are not permitted past certain key points in the Medina.

Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar om alles tot in de puntjes voor ons te regelen. Dankzij hun betrokkenheid voelden we ons direct welkom en volledig verzorgd. Een speciale dank aan Zakaria en Youssef voor hun goede zorgen en hulp tijdens ons verblijf.

Excellent place to stay and explore the Medina and souks. Great staff esp Yousaf.
Pros:

Excellent location for the medina. Staff were very helpful both before we arrived in arranging the airport transfer to when we left.
The decor and furnishings in the Road were great. The breakfast was excellent. They also catered for my wife who doesn’t eat gluten or dairy.

Cons:

Nothing we can think of.

Beautiful peaceful riad in the heart of th medina.
Pros:

A very peaceful oasis in the heart of the medina. An amazing location. The riad is very tastefully done and the staff are so helpful. We ate in a couple of times and the food was delicious.

Cons:

Being British we would have liked a kettle in the room so we could have tea when we wanted. But that is all really!

Heaven amongst the Souks
Pros:

This was a little piece of heaven after a day of adventures in the surrounding Souks and walking tours we did. You would never know you were in the midst of it all. Slept so well and was able to relax on the rooftop terrace after a day of colourful chaos. Loved it 💕
Abraham was especially attentive and a wealth of knowledge. Thank you

I honestly can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Отличный сервис, у нас был раний выезд на тур и нам предоставили индивидуальный завтрак раньше по времени чему мы были очень очень благодарны! Внутри чисто, уютно , Рияд дарит ощущения комфорта, тепла и уюта. Отличное место и сокровище посреди городской суеты.

Super! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Riad, das Personal (vor allem Zekerya!) war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr sauber und gemütlich!

Cons:

Es ist leider sehr hellhörig, aber das ist anscheinend in jedem Riad der Fall…
