El ascensor... desayuno incompleto....la ducha estrecha y el agua intermitente entre fría y caliente

La struttura era senza aria condizionata e la camera era un forno . Ho chiesto spiegazioni e Luca mi hanno detto che avevano un problema e che non avevano altre camere per cui io tra stare sveglio ho preferito incamminarmi per andare a Roma . Quando sono arrivato ai traghetti una ragazza mo ha chiamato e mi ha detto che Luca si era sbagliato e che avevano un altra camera ma senza aria condizionata, ma io ero già sul traghetto per cui ho chiesto che mi venga rimborsato . Oggi mi scrivono che non rimborsano perché hanno proposto un’altra camera . Non è un problema per me ma per quei albergatori seri che fanno seriamente e onestamente il proprio lavoro e soprattutto per la buona nomea di grande ospitabilita .Forse i tempi sono cambiati

Bed could be a bit softer
Ottima la posizione, in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva al Duomo di Messina. Stradina tranquilla dove si trova facilmente parcheggio (strisce blu ma a solo 1€ l'ora e solo in determinati orari ). Palazzo storico tenuto bene e molto pulito così come la stanza molto grande e pulita. Letti comodi con anche il topper e piccolo cucinino che però è a pagamento. Ottima la colazione sia dolce che salata.
L'ascensore è un po' lento e il bagno piccolino e senza finestra.
