Friends in staying in Piran
Pros:

Lovely, clean room with a great view. It was very comfortable for 3 adults, and we enjoyed our breakfast being included. It was only a short walk from the town centre and near restaurants and a small supermarket.

Great location, pretty property but needs work on management, communication and cleanliness.
Pros:

Room 8 had beautiful views and was a great size.
Lovely shared terrace on the top floor.
Perfect location.
Option to hire sunbeds, SUPs and bikes was great.
Staff handled our complaint well.

Cons:

We had a rocky start to our stay at Blue Pearl.
We booked a sea view studio room (based on pictures and reviews online).
We arrived to have been supposedly upgrading to a ground floor one bed apartment with the view of the cars parked on the drive out front. This was made worse by an awful stench of sewage. Upon complaining we did get moved to a much better room on the second night. Room 8 had great views and the furnishing seemed better quality.
Breakfast was really average. I am not a big eater in the morning but it was a very cheaply put together tray.
Instructions to access the property and car parking were very confusing. Initial message said you would be met at the property. A follow up message said to use codes to access the property/room but if you would like to be met to let them know. I messaged back requesting to be met as the parking instructions were confusing and received a response to say they would not be there but I could call upon arrival. I called upon arrival, managed to gain access to the room but there was nowhere out front to park and was simply told to park in the car parking instructions we had driven past on the way into the town. This didn’t match the street name provided in the message and it wasn’t the suggested 25euros, it was 32euros. On the next day we were told about a different spot to park in which was up a steep hill and behind a gate labelled with a completely different hotel name.
Cleanliness was poor. Bathroom floors covered in hair and dust. I had to hoover the property myself on arrival. The sofa in the apartment had nails and dirt all across the top so clearly hadn’t been wiped or hoovered either.
Overall this priority has so much potential but I feel the running of it and communication needs improvement.

Nette Idee, das Frühstück in der Früh vor die Türe zu stellen, schöner Ausblick, sehr sauber, Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe.

Cons:

Lärm durch die Autos und Motorräder, die den Schranken nach Piran passieren.

Pros:

The location is excellent, right on the seafront, and it’s only a 10- to 15-minute walk to Piran’s Old Town. The rooms are very clean.

Cons:

Don’t turn off the bathroom ventilation system at night! If you do, you’ll wake up the next morning to a strong sewer smell. It will take a long time to air out the room by opening doors and windows before the odor finally dissipates.

Pros:

Great hotel, ideally located at the entrance of Piran facing the sea. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the €25 parking fee. I understand that parking is limited in Piran, but it feels like parking has become a profit center for the city rather than a service for visitors. At some point, tourists need to voice their concerns so the system can improve. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

Moře na balkóně
Pros:

V moři jste za pár vteřin, lokalita i výhled jsou nádherné. Do centra Piranu dojdete do deseti minut, v blízkosti restaurace. Jednoduchý check-in. V apartmánu se 4 postelemi jsou dva páry od sebe odděleny tak, že mají každý dostatečné soukromí.

Cons:

Je to tu trochu ouvej s parkováním, pokud nezaparkujete u hotelu, nebo v těsné blízkosti na parkovišti (obojí placené), musíte hodit auto na parkoviště vzdálené tak 5 minut pěšky, které stojí 32 € nad 10 hodin stání (už nevím přesně, ověřte si). Tuto cenu však rozhodně stojí za to zaplatit, protože ubytování je levné a dá vám vše co potřebujete. Snídaně byly pouze sladké, nic pro diabetiky, jeden den nám to ale přišlo jako zajímavé zpestření, nejsme ale zvyklí takto snídat každý den. Alespoň si do ledničky kupte plátkový sýr, ať to trošku "naředíte", ten sladký začátek dne. Rozhodně ale doporučuji, protože i s vyšší cenou za parkování je pořád místo levné.
