Picturesque setting on the water
Pros:

The staff were all very freindly and accomodating. We didn't need to speak Swedish in order to communicate.The breakfast buffet was exceptional with typical Nordic style breakfast food as well as a typical American bacon and eggs breakfast and beans for the Great Britain tourists coffee options and tea options and lactose free milk and oat milk in addtion to regular milk.
The setting was lovely, right on the river and the late sunset was nice for us as we sipped our wine on the patio by the dock area. We' be happiy to stay here again.

Cons:

We had a handicapped room,whick was exceptionallly quiet and that was good. The handicapped amenities were a little challenging to us, But I'm sure it was nothing compared to the challenges of handicapped people navigating "regular" rooms and bulildings. The door operated automatically and we had a little difficulty figuring it out. It was slow.

Helt ok prisvärt boende men utan det lilla extra.
Pros:

Läget vid vattnet

Cons:

Smal trapp i rummet, trasigt toalock. Inte så väl påfyllt på frukosten. Hade ätit frukost på Thon i Oslo och förväntade mig mer.

Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Lage am Wasser. Mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut die Innenstadt zu erreichen.
Klasse Frühstück.

Cons:

Nichts wirklich auszusetzen.

Bott på hotellet många ggr och noterade att frukosten som alltid varit bra nu fått ytterligare ett lyft.

Cons:

Snabbt med automat in o utcheckning men det blir väldigt opersonligt, känns ungefär som ett ”stop over” utefter autobahn.

Trevligt hotell som var prisvärt
Pros:

Gratis parkering, bra frukost, fin uteservering. Smidig incheckning som man skötte själv.

Cons:

Väldigt varmt på rummet, saknades bra ventilation. Mejlade innan om att få spjälsäng och blev lovad att det skulle stå på rummet, det gjorde inte. Sa till i receptionen och de skulle ordna det, men det kom ändå ingen spjälsäng till rummet. Var 15-20 min promenad till spårvagnen.

Allt, underbart läge och kanonfin frukost samt urtrevlig personal.

Cons:

Det lilla kylskåp som finns i rummet fick vi inte igång men det berodde nog på att vi var otekniska.

Vi har varit återkommande gäster på Hotell Dockyard och uppskattat miljön.

Cons:

Nu blev vi som par incheckade i ett rum med en stol!! Villerligen hade vi en trappa upp ett sovrom utan möblering, men för oss funkade det inte med en stol framför TV:n, där vi planerat tillbringa kvällen. Vi bad om att få uppgradera rummet eller få in en till stol vilket absolut inte var möjligt.
Detta innebär att vår serie av besök hos er nu är över. Känns kränkande att få detta bemötande. Kan tilläggas att vi kommit upp i åren, 81 resp. 78 år, och för väntar oss att bli bemötta med respekt.
