Gemütliches Häuschen, aber Mängel bei Service und Organisation.

Für uns stand ausreichend Platz zur Verfügung.

Der Sitzplatz im Aussenbereich war angenehm und lud zum Verweilen ein.

Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und verfügte über genügend Geschirr sowie die wichtigsten Utensilien für die Selbstverpflegung.

Cons:

Eine belgische Familie im Haus gegenüber hat jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht lautstark gefeiert, sodass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Wenn jeden Häuschen besetzt wäre, wären erholsame Ferien undenkbar. Zu nah aufeinander.

Im Village fehlte es insgesamt an Ordnung und klaren Regeln (Ruhezeiten, Nachtruhe etc.)
Es bestand keine Pflicht zur Aufnahme von Hundekot. Wir haben die Hinterlassenschaften unseres Hundes selbstverständlich beseitigt, viele andere Hundebesitzer jedoch offenbar nicht.

Das Servicepersonal im Haupt-Restaurant wirkte äusserst unmotiviert und sehr wenig kundenorientiert. Beach Club war geschlossen bzw. noch im Bau.

Wir kamen eine 1.5h vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit an und fragten höflich nach, ob unser Häuschen bereits bezugsbereit sei. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass ein Check-in vor 16:00 Uhr grundsätzlich nicht möglich sei. Kurz darauf konnte jedoch eine belgische Familie ihr Häuschen bereits um 15:00 Uhr beziehen, was wir als ungleichbehandelnd empfanden.

Gehwege sehr uneben - Stolpergefahr!

Grundlegende Dinge wie Handtücher, Spülmittel und Kehrichtsäcke waren nicht vorhanden und mussten zuerst eingekauft werden.

Die Bettdecke war verschmutzt und wies mehrere grosse Löcher auf. Wir meldeten dies an der Rezeption, erhielten jedoch keine Reaktion oder Lösung.

L'établissement est très bien, la chambre est propre et confortable avec une petite vue sur le lac. Le déjeuner est incroyable ! Le spa est petit mais très agréable (par contre pensez à réserver car les places sont limitées)

When we visited they had a BMW event on and had closed the bar to residents
They sacrificed service for individual paying guests for the corporate event
They also wanted 25 euro each for breakfast!

Jedynym małym mankamentem jak na tak duży ośrodek to brak koszy na odpady w sensie hotel akceptuję zwierzęta domowe a my byliśmy z trzema psami i jeżeli pies zrobił gdzieś kupe na ośrodku to po zebraniu do woreczka nie było możliwości wyrzucenia dopiero przy recepcji był kosz ale to tylko taka mała uwaga.

Nous n’avions rien réservé et nous avons eu du mal à trouver où manger dans les alentours (brasserie complète malgré plusieurs tables vides, pizzeria pleine). Nous avons dû attendre 22h30 pour avoir des pizzas à emporter.
