Excellent apartment in Reykjavik !
Pros:

My wife and I spent 4 nights at Black Pearl. Beautiful apartment, new. Everything worked. We had a small problem reconnecting the TV to the internet and the nice lady at the reception helped us !

Good apartment
Pros:

Location and staff friendly, clean and well stocked

Cons:

Heating, it’s was hot in the room and no way to manage. We had to leave the patio door open all night which was loud. Also meant son and I had to share the sofa bed to stay cool

Fabulous location, clean spacious apartment. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Fantastic location, the apartment had all that you need in the kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer, and the living space was a great size. Had its own private elevator directly into the apartment so no hanging around waiting. We were two couples and the bedrooms interconnected with the bathroom off one bedroom, this would work much better for a family. Thankfully we managed. The underground car park was an added bonus, just remember to book your space.

Cons:

The interconnecting bedrooms could be an issue for some people.

Great place to visit Reyjkavick
Pros:

The room was great. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils that you would need. The bed was extremely comfortable. Location is in a great spot.

Cons:

Sofa was not as comfortable.

Great Location and Very Good Rooms, but Not a Fair Deal if the Elevator Isn’t Working

Great location! Spacious room. Very clean and new.

Cons:

We arrived at 1am after 26 hours of airports + flights + connections and the elevator was not working (and was still not working 2 days later when we left). We had to carry our suitcases 3 floors up (and then down again at check out). They apologized for the inconvenience, but never offered any kind of discount or compensation. I’d never have booked a hotel in which we’d have to carry our suitcases up three floors (specially not in a city where there were lots of other options).

Perfect day for our family of 5! Would stay here again!
Pros:

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The check in process when smoothly and they showed us up to our apartment. They provided milk for coffee, Nespresso pods, tea and anything you’d need to cook (we didn’t). It was a great location near a lot of good restaurants and shops. We used the on-site parking garage and it was so convenient. Our family will definitely stay here again next time we are in Reykjavik.
