Me gustó pero un poco apartado
La moqueta de las habitaciones, muy vieja y esto no se puede Lavar bien, daba un poco de dejadez aunque lo limpiaran
Had a fantastic stay! Arrived early so they allowed me to leave my bags at the hotel and come back later for check in.
Extremely close to Hubei station, which from there was easy to get to Futian and Huaqiangbei via Metro.
They also give you complementary vouchers for the cafe at the lobby.
No major complaints. Felt the breakfast selection was a little limited but still had a good breakfast experience overall.
Freundliches Personal und modernes Zimmer. Vielfältiges Frühstück, vor allem für den asiatischen Geschmack. Kostenlose Waschmaschinen die man selbständig benutzen konnte. Ausländeregistrierung lief gut ab.
Teilweise etwas abgenutzt und Frühstück mangelt es etwas an europäischen Optionen.

Saliendo del hotel a la izquierda hay unas entradas a metro pero son unos pasillos abandonados llenos de ratas, cucarachas e indigentes. No hay ninguna señalización. El metro está saliendo del hotel a la derecha.
Todo fue excelente, la ubicación, la limpieza, la atención, el desayuno, la limpieza de la habitación a diario, los cupones del café, el robot de la recepción y el que te sube los pedidos, me ayudaron con mi traslado a Hong Kong
The location is amazing. We took the metro and the exit is just a 2-mins walk to the entrance of the Hotel. The hotel also provides directions which is super convenient. The check-in was so smooth, and fortunately, our room was ready at 10am in the morning and we are able to check-in super duper early. The staff was amazing, and they are super helpful, answering any question or request you have through WeiXin (WeChat). Also if you are able to use Meituan, this hotel has the robot that brings the food to your room directly! The staffs can also converse in English, which we were so relieved as our Chinese were so elementary. The room is also super modern, with techy stuffs as this is Shenzhen! There's automatic curtains and blinds, and you can control the lightings with the console on the bedside table. We also used the free laundry machine they provide on the hotel top floor, and it was really helpful that you can check the progress of your laundry in your own room through the TV. The hotel is also just a 10-mins powerwalk to the Dongmen Pedestrian Street for all the shopping you need.
The breakfast spread could offer more Halal cuisines.

The old looking buildings, the smell of the plcce,, the
Elevator is so dirty and looks like in need of total renovation. In term of interior.. i think because the wether it's so humid during summer months and the fact that the bldg itself looks so old, the smeell cpuldn't be avoiding...

Location is not bad, close to the train station, the size of the room us fair.
Full of smoke smell although they mentioned the whole building is non-smoking, we also saw one of the people even smoking inside his room (And opening the door!!!!). The carpets on the corridor are so dirty, you can even see the dirty marks everywhere!!!!
we found some hairs on the floor of our shower room..........................
Clean, spacious room with good facilities. Free coffee in the cafe was really welcome. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and other sites within the area such as Pedestrian Street. Staff were helpful and very polite.
WiFi didn't seem to work - however this could have been more down to certain services being blocked in China.

- Ich bin durch die Klimaanlage sehr krank geworden
- das Personal.. keiner sagt zur Begrüßung hallo? Keiner sagt tschüss als wir abgereist sind. Ein Mitarbeiter war soooo unfreundlich. Es gibt keinen Wasserspender oder Ähnliches und man bekommt 2 Flaschen Wasser pro Tag. Wir haben dann gesehen, dass 2 Personen nach Wasser gefragt haben, der sehr unfreundliche Mann an der Rezeption hat uns ausgelacht und meinte nur ob uns das Wasser etwa nicht reichen würde? Derselbe Mann war morgens beim Frühstück, nach dem langen Flug wussten wir nicht sofort unsere Zimmernummer, er fragte nur sehr unhöflich „wie kann man denn seine Nummer nicht wissen?“ Ich weiß nicht ob er etwas gegen Europäer hatte aber wir haben uns als Europäer hier nicht wohl gefühlt. Ich würde nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Einen Abend wurde die Straße vor dem Hotel aufgerissen (ich glaube ein Rohr ist geplatz?): und es hat wirklich ganz ganz ekelhaft nach kot gerochen…
