Pros:

Maybe they forgot to make another bed for us.
It,s okay.Small matter

A great choice for a short stay
Pros:

Reasonable price for 1 night.
Easy check in & check out (deposit of 300baht is required).
Hotel is easy to find, near a 7E.
Clean surroundings, the lobby is spacious.
Wifi is available, great connections at lobby & room.
The toilet @ lobby is clean (but no bidet).
Room is big for 2 people, even the toilet is big.
Clean bed. Multiple power plugs (need to use adapter of course).
There is a mini fridge to keep our food & drink.
Also a TV.
Iron is provided around lift/stairs area.
Friendly staff. They let us keep our luggage at the lobby because we arrived earlier than check in time.

Cons:

Aircond is not that cold eventhough at temp 16.
Sink in the toilet is clogged, water very very slow drain, up to one point I thought will not drain at all.
Shower water pressure so weak.

Improvement needed on maintanance
Pros:

Nice location and staff very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was good too!

Cons:

The toilet flush was not functioning and reported to reception. Although the technician came and repaired it, still the water was very dirty after flush and it was uncomfortable.

Cons:

I booked a family room for 2 days. But when we reached the hotel, the hotel people informed me that due to heavy rain, the room was leaking and messy. They gave another room at asia Grand Hotel. That hotel bathroom was very smelly..Really disappointed because they didn't inform early
