Chef was very thoughtful and food was ready in less than 10mins no matter the crowd. The portion was too much and I often had to decline although it was fresh and delicious. Great location as the village was a quick 8 mins' walk downhill and the sunset point was just 3 mins. From the balcony, can view the spectacular sunset. Room was clean and spacious. Every staff was friendly.

Хорошее расположение, номера в пещере, есть терраски около номеров. У нас было три номера. На самом верху один номер со своей собственной террасой. Но есть и общие террасы на несколько номеров. Хорошие завтраки. Красивые виды с террасы особенно с самой верхней. Шары пролетают прямо рядом с отелем. Можно никуда не ходить а смотреть как летают шары не выходя из отеля.
В одном из трех номеров пахло канализацией. Когда сказали об этом персоналу они просто пришли забрызгали все дезодорантом и все починили называется. Убираются очень плохо. В номерах босиком ходить невозможно, хорошо что тапочки дают. Пыль такое ощущение вообще не вытирается. На террасах куча мелких камней, которые летят сверху от ветра , но они даже и не пытаются их убирать, ссылаясь на то , что все равно же опять налетят зачем убирать. На лестнице как то были какашки , так они просто веником смели и все размазали по ступеньке. В одном из номеров в туалете унитаз просто стоит на полу даже не прикрепленный к полу. Мебель в ванной старая и облезшая, входная дверь была с с щелями в палец. Раковина в ванной течет и постоянно была вода на полу.
Аутентично, номер удобный, высечен в скале-потрясные впечатления! Все в шаговой доступности, главная видовая рядом; душ со всем необходимым есть, кровать удобная, кондиционера нет но он и не нужен, номера прохладные 👍 Завтраки хорошие; рекомендую!

Slapen in een echte grotkamer was een werkelijk fantastische ervaring. Het hotel ligt op een toplocatie. De service en het personeel laten niets te wensen over. Probeer het zelf!
I loved lots about it how it’s very cave, properly has most things, and there’s a jet tub in the room. Also easy to walk to many places it’s all very close by. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating.
There could’ve been more in the room and daily cleaning room service without request. The room could be a little more cleaned up. Overall it was good. And the breakfast could be a little better.

Brilliant location and friendly staff. The top floor room that we had was genuinely cave walls and was brilliant feeling. Ahmed was so helpful - he even sorted out problems with my balloon ride booking, which was made externally. Very close to goreme town centre and goreme sunset point. Definitely recommend.
May be they should put hard rug or mat in front of the door so that only limited cave dust gets in.

La struttura è davvero particolare: le camere scavate nella roccia sono belle, spaziose e dotate di ogni comfort.
La colazione tipica turca è abbondante e ricca di specialità locali.
Il vero punto di forza della struttura è però il suo giovane gestore, Ahmet, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. È riuscito persino a organizzare per noi un transfer per l’aeroporto alle 3 del mattino!
Consigliatissima per l’ospitalità, la cura degli ospiti e l’originalità della struttura.

Очень уставший номер, с плесенью в ванной комнате. Есть с чем сравнивать, т.к. предыдущую ночь провели в соседнем отеле onur cave, но в нем не оказалось семейного номера на вторую ночь.

Su ubicación es muy buena porque se puede ir caminando a todo lado muy fácil, está a un paso del mirador desde el que se aprecia el ocaso.
De los cuatro días que estuvimos, sólo el segundo dia la señora de la limpieza ordenó la habitación porque nos la encontramos limpiando la habitación vecina en la que hicieron checkout y le mencionamos que no era necesario cambiar toallas a diario (pensando que a diario iba a limpiar). Debido a que en la práctica es una cueva, a diario caen restos de arena de las paredes y techo, lo que permaneció sin limpiar, lo mismo que los baños, las camas las hicimos nostras mismas.
