Great service and beautiful hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The outdoor area and pool are absolutely beautiful, with stunning flowers and lush plants everywhere. It is the most beautiful hotel garden and outdoor area we have ever seen.

The service was excellent as well. We were given a complimentary upgrade to one of the suites because the hotel was not fully booked when we checked in, and we absolutely loved the spacious room. It had a kitchen, a refrigerator, a large balcony, and plenty of space to relax.

The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you so much for making our visit so enjoyable.

The hotel is also within walking distance of several beautiful beaches and many great restaurants, making it a perfect location. More busier areas for nightlife are easily accessible by taxi. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a more relaxing stay outside the more busy area of the center or La punta.

Beautiful, well maintained premises
Pros:

One of the rooms had a little adjacent pool which was refreshing. The gardens are beautiful with a large diversity of vegetation, maintained with great care. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Some rooms had construction noise from adjacent premises. The abundant garden attracts mosquitos, but that is not the fault of the property - that’s a downside of abundant nature.
The staff is operating with a “line of command”with makes for slow reactivity.

Hotel acogedor con excelente piscina y abundante vegetación.
Pros:

Muy buena alberca y los jardines con mucha vegetación. Muy buen servicio del personal . A poca distancia del la Playa Carrizalillo . Que las habitaciones contaban con un frigobar. Las camas eran confortables y la habitación en general tenia bonitos detalles rústicos. El Bar tenia muy buen servicio y precio razonables.

Cons:

Algunos dias el Aire Acondicionado aun que lo poníamos con baja temperatura , no enfriaba lo suficiente . La señal de wifi a veces era intermitente . También había una área en construcción o reparación y los trabajadores ponían una radiola con alto volumen , algo molesto, adicional al ruido que generan los trabajos .

El alojamiento está muy bien equipado. El aire acondicionado fue una gran ventaja. Es espacioso. Tuvimos una estancia excelente. La piscina y los jardines son increíbles.

Pros:

Fenomenalne miejsce. Czysto, wygodnie, bezpiecznie. Czysta woda w basenie. Basen odpowiedniej wielkości, by w nim pływać. Zacieniony przez drugą połowę dnia. Hotel daje drugi zestaw ręczników do kąpieli w basenie. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży i wzięcia prysznica juz po check out. Bardzo miły personel. Pomocny przy zamawianiu taksówek na dalsze dystanse.

Cons:

Nie mam uwag.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the place. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. It felt like a little jungle inside with multitude of palms, trees, flowers and anything in between. The room was cozy with comfortable beds and anything we needed. Pool was very nice to cool down during the hot afternoons.

The prefect place to stay in Puerto Escondido.
Pros:

Suites La Hacienda was such a magical escape. The grounds are beautifully kept. There are amazing restaurants around the corner and the beach was less then a 10 min walk.

Cons:

There is construction going on pretty much all day. It didn’t take away from the stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room.

Pros:

Personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno si bien no está incluido es todo muy rico y bien preparado. El lugar es muy tranquilo y cerca de restaurantes y servicios. Muy cerca del aeropuerto también.

Cons:

La habitación que aparecía publicada tenía ventanales más grandes y se veía mejor iluminada que la que nos entregaron.

Wonderful stay !
Pros:

One of the best stay I ever had anywhere !
Staff is really great, the property is beautiful, everything is clean and tidy. Rooms are large and you have everything needed to have a great stay. The bar/restaurant is good and open nearly all day.
The pool was really nice with the warmth, and if you prefer to go see the ocean, it is roughly 10 minutes away by walk with a nice beach not too crowded.
Great restaurants nearby as well.
Would definitely recommend to stay at the Hacienda !
