Lovely room with a beautiful view in a fantastic central location.
Pros:

We stayed in Room 6 and really liked it. The room was clean and spacious with lovely high ceilings and a beautiful view over the sea and port. The location is excellent, just off the harbour and very central for exploring Chania. Two of the ladies we dealt with at reception were also really lovely and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathroom has a window looking directly into the bedroom, so it doesn’t feel very private, which we found a little strange. There are also quite a lot of stairs to Room 6 and no lift, although this didn’t bother us. Check-in and reception are actually in another hotel a short walk up the hill, so it feels more like rooms than a traditional boutique hotel. One of the younger reception staff was also not particularly friendly.

Pros:

La vue sur le vieux port, l’emplacement idéal pour aller se balader dans la ville, le lit était confortable.

Cons:

L’odeur dans les couloirs senti chimique, le frigo fait beaucoup du bruit dans la nuit.

Tranquillo e trattati come "La contessa"
Pros:

Meravigliosa struttura in mezzo al centro della città con vista sul porto. Eccezionale la stanza posta in una viuzza stretta ma di un palazzo antico recentemente restaurato di nome "La contessa". Era le chiavi bisogna rivolgersi all'hotel "El greco" poco distante, con personale gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

Essendo un palazzo antico, le scale sono molto ripide e non adatte a un disabile, ma tutto è fantastico

Εξαιρετικό! Δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω για ποιον λόγο υπάρχουν τα παραπάνω σχόλια περί παραθύρων κλπ. Εχει πολύ βολική δια ρύθμιση και δεν δημιουργεί πρόβλημα το μέγεθος του… ίσα ίσα! Επίσης ήταν σε τέλεια τοποθεσία! Μάλιστα είχαμε κάθε μέρα καθαρές πετσέτες και ήταν πεντακάθαρο! Εκτός αυτού μου άρεσε που ήταν ψιλό ταβάνο και ολόιδιο με τις φωτογραφίες . Ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη η διαμονή μ και θα ξανά πήγαινα. Μπράβο!

Pros:

The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

Other than that, the property was lovely and we had a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it did not have a window. This was a little disappointing, as the room without a window was not shown in the photos of the property, so we were not aware of this when booking.

Alright stay!
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

We had a difficult time checking in (you have to check in at a different hotel). There is no sound proofing so you can hear everything, and unfortunately a family with kids were running around screaming for 30 minutes at midnight. When we asked them to stop they didn’t, so we messaged the hotel and didn’t get any response (because they don’t check their messages during the night, only the check in hotel does).

Cons:

nicht gefallen hat mir die Lage !!es war fürchterlich den Weg zum Hotelzimmer war Kot von Hunden auf dem Weg dorthin und es unmöglich stinkt auch also noch so empfehlenswert
