Pros:

Prima hotel voor een overnachtig in Chania. Op wandelafstand van de Venetiaanse haven en old town. Goede kamer met fijne douche.

Aan de rand van de stad kan je gratis parkeren.

Camera economica inaccettabile. Belle le camere diverse

Le camere ordinarie sono molto belle

Cons:

Intollerabile la camera economica che non aveva finestra né nulla di simile. Anche per una camera economica la qualità era inaccettabile in un albergo con queste pretese. Ottima la camera ottenuta soltanto una notte dopo,pagando una differenza ma rimane un vulnus

Nice and cozy accomodation

The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained, and the facilities left a very good overall impression.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. The receptionist who checked us in was unfriendly, not service-minded, and came across as sarcastic and ironic in several of her comments. Instead of making us feel welcome, she made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

I do want to point out that all of the other staff members we met during our stay were friendly, pleasant, and genuinely helpful. They provided excellent service and helped restore our positive impression of the hotel.

It’s a shame that our first interaction was so negative, as it overshadowed what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. I hope the management addresses this, because the hotel and the rest of the team deserve to be represented by the same high standard of hospitality.
