It was clean and comfortable
A bit pricy
"Room service" was disappointing. An expensive meal arrived in a to-go container with plastic utensils and no glass for Prosecco. Once requested, proper dinner ware was delivered.
I was expecting more for an 18% room service charge.
Room and the location are good. Did not use the restaurant.
The hotel said it provides transport from the airport to the hotel. At the time of landing there was a vehicle parked outside but when we cleared baggage and came out of the airport the shuttle bus has left leaving us behind. We waited some time but it never came back. After we called hotel and the staff lied to us saying the bus left the hotel to pick the passengers but it never came. We used a taxi to come to the hotel at our own expense and it was never reimbursed.
The Explorer Hotel is always a good stay. It is fairly pricey, but the hotel is nice and the staff are always friendly.
It would be lovely if the price was a little lower. 🤣

Kinda pricy for the season
Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was outstanding, especially the Northern specialties.
Only one elevator was working, which made for longish waits for the elevator.

The hotel is perfectly located in a central area, making it convenient to explore. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very clean.
